Perfect for families and large groups, this coastal home sleeps 12 and features a private saltwater pool (heat optional), Gulf-view balconies, a bunk room, and open living spaces built for connection and relaxation. Located near St. Andrews State Park and walkable to beachfront dining, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of adventure and laid-back beach living.

Pool heat available for $50 per night (+ tax, 3-night minimum).

📋 Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 12 guests

🐾 Pet Policy
• Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 45 lbs each)
• $250 non-refundable pet fee + tax (this fee covers both dogs)
• Must be crate trained and crated when left unattended
• All pet waste must be picked up immediately
• Any pet damage is the guest’s responsibility

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys
