Welcome to The Wanderlust Retreat, our fully renovated Gilmore Girls themed lake home located in Huron, Ohio. Step into the world of Stars Hollow as you enter this cozy and charming lakeside property, inspired by the popular TV show.

As you walk in, you will be transported to the cozy and quaint world of Stars Hollow. The living area is filled with comfortable furnishings, locally sourced antique décor, & one of a kind handmade furniture. All inspired by the age of the home and the show's characters to evoke whimsy & be transported back in time. Relax on the comfortable couches as you catch up on your favorite episodes or curl up with a good book in Richard's Nook in that cozy armchair.

This stunning property boasts three queen size bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Immerse yourself on the enclosed front porch and step back in time by simply unplugging and enjoying be present in the moment.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with brand new appliances, quartz countertops, and all the utensils and cookware you could need to whip up delicious meals for your family or friends. Enjoy your meals at the "Luke’s Diner" inspired kitchen bar or corner nook. You will find plenty of coffee & tea, just like Lorelai and Rory always do! The dining area also has a large table with seating for six (expandable up to 10, with additional leaves upon request), perfect for family dinners or game nights. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There is a lovely patio area, which features outdoor seating and a grill for those warm summer evenings.

The three bedrooms are all beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The Master Bedroom boasts a hand-carved mahogany bed with a vintage French Rococo theme and has an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and double vanity. The second bedroom is what we affectionally call The Lavender Room, complete with a faux garden wall with wisteria and vines. The Lighthouse bedroom has a handmade, stained glass picture window of the Huron Lighthouse. Stunning shades of blue with serene beach artwork, our nod to Lake Erie. This room is guaranteed to make you feel relaxed and calming.

Located just a short walk to Lake Erie, this vacation rental home is the perfect base for exploring all that Huron and the surrounding area has to offer. Spend your days relaxing on the beach, fishing, boating, or hiking in the nearby parks. The local beach, boat basin and riverfront bars/restaurants are all within walking distance! After you grab dinner at one of the local riverfront restaurants, take a stroll down the fishing pier to the lighthouse and enjoy a one of a kind Lake Erie sunset.
