The Space:

The Pacific stretches wide from the 28th floor, shifting from deep blue at midday to a warm amber glow as the sun drops toward the horizon. Palm tops and city rooftops fill the middle distance, and beyond them, the mountains rise in soft green ridges. This high-floor condo at Waikiki Banyan Tower 1 puts you above it all - with ocean, skyline, and mountain views framing every part of your stay - while keeping you steps from everything Waikiki has to offer.



The condo accommodates up to four guests across a practical, single-level layout with no interior stairs. A window AC unit keeps the living area comfortable in Hawaii's warm climate, and the private lanai is furnished for those moments when you want open air and open views - morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply watching the city lights come on after dark.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and fitted with a king-size bed, a closet and dresser for clothing storage, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests. Bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and essentials are all provided.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and everything in between. Appliances include a Whirlpool refrigerator, Kenmore electric stove, Kenmore single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, rice maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are on hand, and the dining table gives you a proper place to sit down for meals. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started.



Entertainment and workspace

A TV, standard cable, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection are available for streaming, browsing, or working remotely. The living area is set up to wind down after a day out - whether you're catching a show or simply relaxing before heading back out into the neighborhood.



Bathroom and laundry

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products. Fresh towels and linens are provided, with additional linens available as needed. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, making extended stays easy to manage. An iron is also provided.



Building amenities and outdoor spaces

The building includes an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, and shared BBQ grill. Sun loungers are available outdoors, and beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your time by the water. Shared beach access places the shoreline within easy reach. An outdoor playground is also available on the property.

Waikiki Banyan is positioned in the heart of Waikiki, within easy reach of Waikiki Beach, dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences. A coffee shop and convenience store are located on the ground floor.
