- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.

- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

The building’s recreation deck on the 6th floor, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7, 2025, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. During this time, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.***



THE BUILDING:

• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1

• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1

• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2



As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!



CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM



Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.



3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Don’t have enough good things to say about this place. 10/10 location. 5 minute walk from so many great restaurants and the beach. The view and vibe of the apartment itself is amazing. It has a coffee shop and little market on the first floor for emergency needs. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Easy access to everything Waikiki has to offer

Small but amazing place tucked away in just the right place. A few blocks to the beach, zoo. And all the shops. Easy access to the H-1 for getting around the island and seeing the sights. Great amenities and a responsive and caring management staff. The kitchen was a huge plus as a family as eating out every day is not affordable. The teenagers had no complaints about the pullout bed, so the unit really does sleep four comfortably. Only downside are the parking garage and elevators...you can end up waiting 15 min for an elevator during peak times. Note that the parking garage height warning is real! The ceiling is low, low riding sports cars will bottom out if you don't go slow enough and the parking spaces are narrow. But it is very doable and never had an issue getting a parking space. Included onsite parking is a huge plus! Great stay overall, highly recommend :)
