The property is not located within a subdivision, giving guests added privacy, generous outdoor space, and a peaceful setting away from crowded high-density areas. Guests may use the carport-style parking under the home.

Additional driveway space is available for overflow parking.

There is an owner’s boat trailer parked under the house.

Pet Policy



Dogs are welcome with prior approval only.



Maximum of two dogs

Nonrefundable pet fee: $250 per pet

Dogs must weigh 35 pounds or less

Certain breeds are restricted

Guests must notify us in advance if bringing a dog for approval

Guest Access



Guests will have access to the home, elevator, balconies, outdoor spaces, carport-style parking, driveway parking, and the private sandy lagoon area behind the home.



The garage is accessible; however, it is not available for guest parking due to the owners’ personal vehicle being stored inside.

Parking Information



The property offers covered parking for up to four (4) vehicles beneath the home, providing convenient and protected parking during your stay. In addition, there is ample uncovered driveway parking available for extra vehicles, as well as space suitable for a trailer or boat, if needed.



Please note that while the garage is accessible for storage and for elevator access, it is not available for vehicle parking at any time. We kindly ask that guests park only in designated areas to ensure clear access and compliance with property guidelines.

By Car

The main routes—Gulf Shores Parkway (Highway 59) and West Beach Boulevard—connect you to beaches, restaurants, shopping, attractions, and nearby Orange Beach. Most destinations are just a short drive away, and parking is widely available at public beach accesses, restaurants, and attractions.



Ride-Share Services

Uber and Lyft are available throughout Gulf Shores and are a great option for dining out, events, or evenings when you prefer not to drive. Availability is generally good, though wait times may increase during peak seasons and holidays.
