This house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the first floor. One of them is a King-size suite (bedroom 16'x 12', bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, his and her washing sinks, and walk-in closet) and a beautiful, antique-style desk. Another is a luxuriously furnished queen-sized suite. The third one has two twin beds. Two remaining bedrooms are upstairs. They are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and share a bathroom.

This property has one of the largest lots (close to 1/4 acre) among the vacation homes in the high-end 24/7 guard-gated resort communities near Disney, and no east side neighbors.

The spacious great room (17'X16') - dining room (11'X11') - kitchen (17'X11') area has a cathedral ceiling which makes the area very airy and attractive. It is the heart and core of the villa, and of family/families. The landing on halfway of the stairs and the upstairs balcony overlook this family area, further enhancing the feeling of a closedly-knit family on vacation. The setting is also family celebration.

The south-facing heated (heating optional) pool, a five person jacuzzi, and the extended size deck are always sunny, providing great experience of enjoying the Florida Sun at any time of the day in any season when the Sun shines - which it does almost all the time. The south-facing lanai is sunny in winter and shaded in summer, and overlooks the always-sunny pool and deck, making you feel completely relaxed. It is an ideal place for out-door relaxation and dining.

The game room (20'X20') has a pool table, an air-hockey table with a table tennis top, and a dart board, providing fun activities for kids and adults alike.

There are TV sets in all rooms, and DVD and VCR units available for entertainment any time during your stay.

The house is wheelchair-accesible. It has a playpen and a high chair for babies and small kids.

Windsor Palms is one of the top-rated, guard-gated resort communities that are very close to Disney - it is only about 3 miles from Disney, and also very close to the other theme parks, and many great golf courses, including Champions Gate (about 6 minutes away), the best in Orlando area, Mystic Dunes (next door), and about 10 others in 10 minutes of drive. It is about 30 min from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes from the east coast/Kennedy Space Center and 70 minutes from Tampa/Busch Garden and the white sand beaches of Clearwater.
