The cottage boasts three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring its own private full bathroom. The living room is equipped with a 42-inch Smart TV with Netflix, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a breakfast bar. Outside, guests can enjoy an outdoor gas grill and a gas fire table.

Take in the refreshing bay breeze from the cozy enclosed front porch, or indulge in a leisurely breakfast on the landscaped terrace or in the spacious screened dining porch with a separate lounging area perfect for gathering with family on a summer evening.

During July and August rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise noted.

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Personal toiletries including shower wash and shampoo should also be brought along. We provide an initial supply of paper products such as paper towels, napkins and toilet tissue. We also include a new dish sponge, dish detergent and tea towels. Nearby stores are available for purchasing any additional necessities you may require during your stay.
