Casa Bonita - Beach Villa and Pickleball Resort

This stately 5,600 square foot Spanish style Villa has all the amenities for a wonderful family gathering. The main floor large living area includes 4 bedrooms, a queen anteroom, and 3 full baths. Each master suite has a new comfy king size mattress and is equipped with large smart TV's. The other bedrooms feature new scrumptious queen and/or new soft firm extra long twin beds and are likewise equipped with smart TV's. Day beds and trundle beds throughout accommodate various family sleeping arrangements. More than enough to comfortably sleep 8.

The main kitchen and dining room leads to a pergola style veranda complete with stunning Gulf views.

The first floor has two bedrooms, a queen and king, with smart TV's and a full bath. This pool side area also has a full kitchen, comfortable couches and plenty of seating around the pool table for a relaxed dining experience. This fun, wonderful space can be separated for smaller groups focusing on Pickleball and the beach, yet it is not available to groups other than the main Villa guests along with their associates coterminously. Consult with management when the smaller venue is available.

At one time, the pool with volley ball net/court and the twin spa's nestled in lush tropical gardens was the main attraction. Most recently, that premier status has given way to the ever popular Pickleball court along side the beach. Simply pay the resort fee and Pickleball at the beach can be yours!

There remains the popular fire pit (who's gonna question fire pits in the tropics lol) and a large picnic table seating 8 for true gulfside dining.

Truly for owner, Art, in this remarkable place the old Spanish axiom applies, "Mi Casa, Su Casa." WELCOME

We loved this beach house! The house is spacious and so close to the beach! The pool was wonderful as well and had lots of shade. There were also plenty of pool and beach toys for kids. Would love to come back! Cannot imagine a better beach house.

We absolutely enjoyed the opportunity to host this amazing family. They are truly enjoyable and certainly know how to enjoy themselves. Our staff indicated that all in the group were very kind and most appropriate. It is always a pleasure to be in the presence of such a quality family.

An unbelievably ideal location, right on the beach with a lovely chilled pool and hot tub. All the outdoor furniture you could need. Pickleball court was fun. We had a couple of stormy days and being right on the beach, we could enjoy that unique beauty. We loved the landscaping that provided some shade and made the property feel more private and homey. Very nice common spaces inside and out. The two kitchens provided all the fridge/freezer space and cooking implements we needed. Plenty of quality beach towels and double washers and dryers were great. Close to good restaurants and shopping. The host was pleasant to deal with and property manager was prompt in resolving concerns. We had a wonderful family vacation.

What a lovely family and extremely easy to communicate with throughout. As to arrival, during their stay and at check-out, this family couldn't have been any more gracious. We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The pool was amazing and loved being right on the beach. The beach was not crowded and very clean. We saw dolphins swim by every day and the sunsets were stunning. Overall the house was great and plenty of room for all of us. The elevator was a huge plus. Our only wish for the house was that there was a separate bathroom downstairs where you didn’t have to walk through a bedroom to get to it. Communication with the property manager and owner was great. Convenient location if Ubers were needed or getting a freebie to restaurants/bars. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed this house very much. The sunsets from the back patio were the best part of the trip. The pool and spa were very clean. Check in and check out was very simple. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Beach was not crowded at all and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only downfall was the spa times allowed (my husband only likes the spa and would have liked the spa times longer) me and the kids enjoyed the pool till spa time. When they explained the reason for this we understood. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, and stress free vacation. That’s exactly what I got!!!

This family is as close to perfect as guest's can get. Respectful, responsive and as fastidious about their neatness almost to a fault. Suffice to say, after almost 2 weeks on site, the cleaning crew arrived and sent half the crew home!! Unheard of in this industry. Any owner would greatly benefit from this family's presence.

Amazing family vacation

Perfect home for our family vacation. Absolutely incredible beach and pool experience and we were so comfortable all together in the house with 11 of us including kids! The only negative is this house now spoiled us on our beach experience! We will certainly be back. Thank you so much!

Excellent Family Vacation

The Casa Bonita is a beautiful getaway!!! The sunsets are breathtaking. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and its direct access to the beach. Meal times around the large table and evening movie time were priceless. If you enjoy shelling, this is the place to be. Sitting in the hot tub, listening to the waves and the tropical breeze, melted all our cares away. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Perfect location and comfortable space

The location right next to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood was really pleasant. The house needs a little bit of minor repair work (broken tiles and flickering lights), but was overall nicely appointed and very comfortable.

Family vacation

Casa Bonita offers so much space, you can easily fit two or three families in this large house. The back yard facing the ocean offers the most beautiful views , especially of sunset. The backyard is also always hot and perfect for swimming. The downstairs is such a great hang out space with a bar and pool table and large tv. This is our second time staying here and definitely recommend it.

Loved the location, the views,the size and the spa pool and hot tub. They were still recovering from the effects of the hurricaine but were receptive and responsive to issues. Would definitely return.

Casa Bonita is very fortunate to host such a gracious couple and their family. Very kind and completely fair in their response to all extenuating circumstances, along with treating the home and property as though it were their own. Casa Bonita continues to strive to completeness in all aspects of the home, the garden and ultimately, the beach itself. And with guests such as this family, we are anxious for their return and their appreciation.

Awesome Stay in Redington Beach

We stayed at Casa Bonita for 6 weeks and couldn't have been happier. The house is better than the pictures, the outside living area is incredible, and the location right on a great beach can't be beat. The owner (Art) and Case Bonita "team" (Janie and Chris) were responsive and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a place on the beach this is a great option in a great location.

There could have been no more ideal guests than this couple and their family. All the Casa Bonita team felt more than ready and able to accommodate any of their requests. But most of all, their pleasant style and special kindness made it all our pleasure to serve them in any way possible.

Great family and every host would be extremely happy to have them as guests! And guess why...this family knows how to avail themselves of all the property has to offer, like the beach, like the huge fire pit, like the pool, like the spa, like the game room/sports bar, and finally like the neighborhood and wider area for all the accouterments needed to support a great vacation.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this property is absolutely the best! There were some things that could use updated in the house, including replacing lightbulbs and general maintenance but overall it is a great place. We were disappointed that the pool pump was not working when we arrived and although they came out several time while we were there it never did work as it should. Other than those things, it was an amazing time and we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Any host would be well served if they chose to rent to this wonderful family. Pool tech's were on the scene Monday morning after the family's Saturday evening arrival in order to facilitate pump replacement, and this family graciously accepted the pool down time for that minor first part of their stay. This fantastic group knew how to enjoy to it's fullest the home, the beach and then the pool using all accoutrements available most appropriately and responsibly.

Relaxing vacation on the beach

Casa Bonita is a wonderful house right on the beach. We spent hours sitting on the porch, listening to the waves and watching dolphins swimming just off shore. We were a party of 10 and quite comfortable. The pool and fooseball table provided entertainment for the kiddos. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

This nice family really took the opportunity to enjoy some nice beach weather and, when the weather wasn't so nice, took the opportunity to enjoy the amenities of Casa Bonita's beach front Sports Bar. Great Family Place

5 bedrooms with additional twin beds so everyone has a place to sleep. Couches that pulled out made even more sleeping space. Two full kitchens and TVs pretty much in every room. Upper deck is very big with great ocean and beach views. Direct access to beach.

Best location for our family vacation so far!

I can't say enough about the location of this property. So convenient to step from the property onto the beach, especially with small children. Our family enjoyed our stay in this house with lots of room to spread out or gather on the patio or balcony for time together. As others have stated, the house may be dated to some extent and may need a little TLC in places, but nothing about the house would hinder us from returning to enjoy this beautiful property and beach.

Great family and could not be more pleased by their treatment of the home. Definitely look forward to welcoming them to Casa Bonita again.

The house was great could be cleaner food in couch and pool turned green but had a great time a lot of mosquitoes could not sit outside some times

Casa Bonita had the opportunity to host a most lovely family. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate during their stay, with heavy rain most every day and extreme heat to boot...95 plus. Hence the onslaught of mosquitoes accompanied by imbalance of pool chemicals. These intrepid souls never complained (Casa Bonita wishes they would have said something since an emergency pool treatment and yard insect treatment would have been performed) and departed leaving a most immaculate home. Any host would be benefitted by this family's presence--rated them 5 stars!

Previous owner is a friend and literally offered a simple transfer including all bookings. For all guests, the transition was seamless. Always loved the home, it's location along with the wonderful lush property.
