Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad Beach Colony Tower 4D was very clean, check-in/check-out was simple, and the kitchen cookware met your needs. We apologize the oven only worked on broil and a stove eye lacked a working knob — that is unacceptable. We will share your notes with our operations team and the owner so these items can be repaired or replaced. We’re sorry the building pool was closed for the first three days and appreciate that you were able to use another nearby pool. We will follow up with property management to prioritize pool readiness and improve communication when closures occur. Regarding the ocean conditions and jellyfish, those hazards and flag warnings are set by local authorities and are unfortunately outside our control, but we understand how much this affected your beach time. We’ll work on clearer advance messaging about seasonal conditions so future guests are better informed. Finally, we apologize for the late-night noise from the enclosed pool area. We will address enforcement of quiet hours with HOA/property management to help reduce evening disturbances.
