Coco's Creekside Cabin with Hot Tub, Firepit, and AC/Heat in Munds Park!

Relax with the whole family in our charming log cabin in Munds Park! The cabin sits on a large treed lot with a seasonal creek, beautiful ponderosa pines and in the fall, colorful oak trees. Enjoy the cool fresh morning air and crisp nights.

The cabin is just 2 hours from Phoenix, 20 minutes to Flag, 2 hours to Antelope Canyon/Page, 45 minutes to Sedona, 30 minutes to Snowbowl and an hour and half to the Grand Canyon. All of which makes the perfect home base to enjoy lots of exploring and adventuring!

Coco's is a modern A-frame cabin where guests have access to the entire place. From large chalet windows and doors to hardwood floors throughout. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The full restroom is on the main floor. The cabin sleeps 6, but we do have an air mattress that can accommodate 1 more.

The primary suite has 1 has one king bed, a tv with Direct TV access and is on the main floor.
Guest room 2 has a queen bed and is on the main floor.
Guest room 3 is in the loft and has a queen bed, tv and is upstairs.

The loft is a shared space that is upstairs, with guest room 3 but also has a large sectional for entertaining or simply relaxing. This is the perfect area to watch a movie or play a game.

The cozy kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you, including a hot coco bar! I also proudly provide Starbucks K-pods and creamer.

Outside offers Munds Park front porch sitting and outback has a beautiful deck with a table and Weber grill to make a perfect meal! We also have a fire pit to roast up some delicious s'mores or lounge in the hammock in the trees. This is one of the few cabins that has central AC and heat and a wood burning fireplace.

Quiet hours in the park are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do have full time neighbors so we do ask that our guests respect the quiet hours.

No events or parties are allowed at the cabin.

At Coco's Cabin we do love animals but we do NOT allow any type of animal. Due to allergies we are a hypoallergenic home. Please do not send me a message asking if we allow pets as we do not but there are lots of cabins in the area that do. We love all animals but I want to be respectful of all my guests and their health concerns and allergies. If an animal is reported or seen, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and possible extra cleaning fees will be applied.

No smoking of any substances inside the cabin, including incense and candles. In the event it is found, a deep cleaning fee will be applied.

The cabin is about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store in Flagstaff. Instacart delivers to Munds Park if you would like to have your groceries delivered after you check in. You will want to plan accordingly however, the local gas station does have a mini-mart with a large supply of necessities.

I do have a second home in the park and I am usually there on the weekends and most holidays for all your questions and concerns.
