COMPLETELY RENOVATED all high end appliances and fixtures throughout

The condo is newly renovated with no increase in our prices. We just replaced all lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, carpet and tile throughout and much more! Brand new Kitchen Aide appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator) installed in the kitchen.

The grounds of the Palm Valley Country Club are absolutely amazing!! Beautiful green fairways, immaculately maintained flower beds, colorful flowers and plants and hundreds of palm trees make for a true oasis in the desert!

A gated complex with patrolling security, Palm Valley Country Club is located on Country Club Drive just off the Cook Street . Just east on Country Club Drive is beautiful La Quinta and just west is Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage. Palm Valley is a short distance from all the jewels that the Coachella Valley has to offer including well known shopping and dining locations such as 'The River', 'El Paseo Drive (the 'Rodeo Drive of the desert'). And don't forget the Living Desert Reserve, an absolute 'must do' if your trip includes little ones.

Our end unit (nearly 1700 sq ft) condo is well kept and has all the amentities you need to enjoy a fantastic getaway in the desert. The unit is well positioned for gorgeous views of the San Gorgonio Mountains as the sun sets over the Coachella Valley. Enjoy a cocktail on our large covered patio as you witness the sun splashed mountains change colors as the sun sets.

The patio has a great gas BBQ with newly replaced lighter and burner. The patio also has two chaise lounge chairs and a ceiling fan over the table and chairs as well as a retractable awning to block the rays of the morning rising sun.

The living room has a brand new 60 inch Samsung HD TV. HD Vizio TVs are also located in the master bedroom (36 inch), queen room (42 inch) and third bedroom (46 inch). The front room has a Wii game console and several games to play!!

Free long distance phone calls and TURBO HIGH SPEED wireless internet.

There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the master bathroom, living room, and patio.

King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed (brand new)in room two and a pull out full size bed out bed in third room. An AERO inflatable queen size bed (awesome bed from Costco!!) is also found in the closet of the front room. Stackable washer and dryer.

Head out the rear of the condo and literally take 30 steps to the nearyby pool (heated all year long) and jacuzzi which also has the same gorgeous south-east facing view of the San Gorgonio Mountains as the condo.

This home was perfect for our family! We travel quite a bit with our 3 young kids and this was the best situated rental we’ve been in. Very clean, well equipped, and Richard the owner was very accommodating and responsive if we needed anything. We look forward to returning next year!

Spacious Getaway

The property we stayed in was in a great location. Only 50 steps to the pool, the home was spacious with an amazing golf course view. Very clean and well equipped. Well worth the stay.

Thanks making our vacation a great one!

We spent 7 weeks in Palm Desert early 2015. at the Moreno Family Condo which was superb, the views are magnificent . The condo was recently remodeled to a very high standard , Beautifully done with the finest appliances . These pictures don't come close to showing how lovely the upgrades are. This was our fourth stay at Richards condo all have been great and every year there has been improvements. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, There's lots of room in living area and bedrooms. The Location is fantastic! It is beautifully decorated , we enjoyed our time there. You will find the owners are most obliging and fantastic to deal with. Would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends!

Great property

Booked this location for the weekend. It was our annual brother, sisters and nephew get away. The property is beautiful. Recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen was nicely renovated with updated appliances and everything you need to cook. The pool was really close to the house which was nice so we could walk over and enjoy the pool. Our host was helpful and would respond to my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location with a Great View!

We love Palm Valley and specifically chose this property because of its location. Palm Valley County Club is a beautiful and we love walking around enjoying the views of the golf course.

Family Getaway

Overall the house was exactly as advertised, however we did feel it could have been a little cleaner. Amenities were nice. Nearby pool was a pleasure and was basically all ours even though it was a community pool.

So fun!!

Richard was an amazing host! We loved spending time in his property. We went in July and we were seriously the only guests within 5+ houses of the rental. Every time that we wanted to go to the pool we were the only people there and there was so much room to play cornhole and spikeball on the grass outside the patio. All appliances worked great. We had an issue with the pull out bed in the third bedroom but luckily Richard had a blow up mattress so it was no problem at all. Our friends loved playing Twister, which Richard had an on hand, and using the grill/outside area. We are definitely planning on coming back! Thank you so much!

Reserve your quiet place

This property is a tranquil splendor. Images of this property do not justify this inviting space. The back bacony sits just beyond a large golf course. At the time that we rented, the only sound was the low hiss of sprinklers watering cascades of green golfing hills. The rooms and baths are spacious. The gally kitchen has all that is needed to prepare your meals. Go grocery shopping first and you'll be set. Richard is readily available for questions and concerns. Be sure is to check your cell VM and the VRBO app for check-in process and messages.

Great Condo

The condo is nicely upgraded, kitchen and bathrooms are really nice. The only thing I might suggest is instead of the couch bed in the smaller bedroom, a regular bed would be nice.... The complex is gorgeous, would definitely stay again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

This home is considered a condo, however there is only one shared wall and is a single story with a patio that over looks the golf course! The home is immaculate! Cleaner than clean, well appointed, kitchen has everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and the Master suite has a huge soaking tub! It is by far one of best homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! 5 Stars plus!!!

Palm Desert Three Day Stay

A nice location within PVCC. Quiet and nice view of the golf course. Only minor problems with garage door remote not working and living room TV remote not working, but easy to work around both problems. We would stay again..
