Welcome to `New Campshire!` This spacious townhouse is located at the highly desirable Deer Park Resort in North Woodstock. You`ll enjoy access to a private sandy beach, and a recreation center with game areas, an indoor pool and hot tub, exercise rooms, and saunas. There are tennis courts on-site along with walking trails and access to the Pemi. During the winter, there is a shuttle to Loon. Walk to restaurants, breweries and shops in North Woodstock... A perfect getaway for the whole family!

The townhouse is spacious and spread out over two levels. There is a mudroom to leave ski gear etc before walking into the large open concept living area. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the dining room has access to a private patio with bbq grill and additional seating. The lower bedroom has a queen bed and a workspace with a desk. There is a full bathroom and laundry room on the main level. The first upper bedroom has two sets of twin sized bunk beds with a wii and games for kids. The primary bedroom has a full sized en suite bathroom. There is a third full sized common bathroom on this level. The unit is located on Ridge Drive C, so you`ll be conveniently located just a short walk across to the lake and recreation center.

You will have access to the entire unit and will have guest pass access to the recreation center and beach. Please note that guests are required to bring the guest pass to gain entry into the recreation building. There are wrist bands in the unit that all guests over age 10 are required to wear to access the beach.

The unit is located in a beautiful, year-round resort in the heart of North Woodstock. Although there is plenty to do right on the property, we are centrally located and within walking distance to shops and restaurants in both North Woodstock and Lincoln. There is a shuttle bus to Loon Mountain during the winter months. The Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch State Park are within a short drive.
