Wonderful setting for a family get-together in North Tahoe. Very quiet neighborhood and street. Gorgeous view of the lake. Lots of spaces in and outside the house for gathering. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and in addition had a Sub-zero refrigerator and Bosch stove, dishwasher and microwave. The Property Mgmt Company was extremely prompt and helpful when we had a bear “incident” the first night.The negative was that the stairs down to the lake were much steeper and slipperier than expected, some of us were not comfortable using them.

Beautiful home and stunning location! Our group loved being right on the water in such a cozy house. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Homes are very close together in this neighborhood, but the backyard still felt relatively private. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Incredible place to stay at Lake Tahoe. Breathtaking views from every room. Great fireplace for winter months. Well equipped and updated kitchen. Mid century design with original details beautifully maintained. Highly recommend.

My family and I had the MOST relaxing stay here. We didn't leave the house! The views from the house were just so breathtaking. And the house itself felt so homey. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Lake front home

The location is beautiful, the house could have been cleaner & could have included more amenities like an extra set of towels or Kleenex.

Great views, lovely stay in early spring

Overall, we all enjoyed the wonderful views for a relaxing early spring getaway. Loved being right on the lake. Some mornings, the water was so calm it was like a mirror, but usually the wind would pick up in the afternoon. The kitchen is nice and modern with an induction stovetop and plenty of pans and pots. Our middle school aged child loved having access to the lake and pulled out rocks despite the cold water temperatures. Friendly neighborhood as well.

Spectacular View

We absolutely LOVED everything about this home! This is our 4th year out to Tahoe (1st time to come in summer) & we love more with each visit! The home was very well equipped & the furnishings were comfortable & stylish. My only complaint is that the neighborhood HOA will not allow short term renters to use the private beach or tennis/basketball court. I feel with the cost of the rental that it should be included. If not for that I would give it 5 stars.

Beautiful View - But Bad Otherwise

If you could live outside then this place has an amazing view but unfortunately the house has no air flow, is very cut up and a horrible green carpet throughout. The down stairs bathroom was not functioning. Hard to be comfortable here unless your outside.

amazing view, cozy house

This is a great house if you’re looking for a fantastic view and a comfortable house. We had 3 couples for 3 nights. The kitchen is very well appointed, pretty much everything you need.the beds are comfortable. It’s close to two towns. We had one problem with the stove and the rental management company (Tahoe Vacation Rentals, I think) was exceptionally responsive, in fact they were amazing from the first email exchange, answering questions. My only wish is that you could easily hit some walking trails in the woods and/or walk along the waters edge. We walked the neighborhood which was also nice but not the same. The house has a lot of little extras…books, games, chess, and very nice wine glasses. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful view! Great kitchen for cooking family meals. Unfortunately there was dog poop and cigarette butts covering the deck and back yard (that got worse as the snow melted and revealed at least 50 poops) and dog hair in the house. I recommend cleaning the yard and deck more thoroughly. The knob on the master bedroom shower kept falling off. The large painting in the entry hall has fallen off the wall. The steps leading to the house were covered in ice making it extremely slippery/dangerous.
