Enter the property on the main great room level. An open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings offers spectacular views and is perfect for entertaining. Two large sliding glass doors lead onto a spacious deck/patio with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and comfy seating. The open kitchen and breakfast bar are finished with top of the line appliances, marble countertops, and fine woodwork throughout.

The first floor is also appointed with a queen bedroom and a shared bath with beautiful stonework and a stand-up shower.

The first bedroom is the primary suite, appointed with a king-size bed and private bath with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom facing the lake is furnished with king-size comforts.

Rounding out the bedroom floor is a full bathroom, small 4th bedroom with a full/full bunk, and a full-size laundry room.

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.
