Guest Access:
Guests have access to dishes and cooking items. Please just wash and put away when finished.

*Special note: NO GLASS IN POOL AREA. If glass is broken in pool it must be drained and repair fee accessed. Don’t worry, plastic cups provided:)

The hose and the pool vacuum should stay plugged in whenever possible.

Feel free to use the pool toys but we do ask that you remove the items from the pool prior to checkout…our cleaners prefer not to swim on cleaning days.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking at the house and on the street if necessary. Restaurants and nightclubs are only a short car or Uber ride away.

Other Things to Note:
**Absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME**
There is a $250 smoking cleaning fee for smoking inside. Please smoke outside ONLY!!!

** NO PETS**
There is a $250 Pet cleaning fee applied for violations.

Single story with only a small step at most entries. Pretty easily accessible.

Reminder. Trash Day is Monday morning please pull black trash bin to the curb sometime on Sunday. Arizona has lots of pest and this will help keep the home pest and bug free. Please also make sure to do a final walk thru to collect all your personal items. We know how important personal items can be and want to make sure nothing is left behind.


Mauve bin is for recycling only. No Garbage bags allowed in recycle.

Pool is not heated. Please use with caution as no lifeguard on duty. No glass outside in pool area.

Barbecue at the site with gas. It is behind the building.

Croquet and corn hole are behind the house. Please pick up and return them to their original spot when you are done using them since the sprinklers go off throughout the day.
