Shipyard Plantation - Beautiful newly decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath, Colonnade condominium. Private pool and hot tub for exclusive use of Colonnade owners and guests. New BBQ gas grilling area for Colonnade owners and guests. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the panoramic view of golf, lagoon, and wildlife. This wonderful view can also be seen from the master bedroom and living room. Very quiet, serene setting. New 47' flat screen TV in living room. Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, TV, and a full bath with double sinks. The guest bedroom has twin beds,TV/DVD and a full bath. Our laundry room is next to the fully equipped kitchen.

Conveniently located near a variety of shopping and dining opportunities. Take a short walk or bike ride down our paved path to the beach. New clubhouse and restroom facilities at the beach.
This is our 'Home Away From Home', and it is decorated and cared for as such.

Bring your laptop. High speed wireless internet in place.

Wonderful Villa

Best stay on HHI in 8 years. Very quite location. Easy access to beach and HHI amenities. Very nice kitchen, view, pool, and master bed.

Low Country Good!

Overall nice condo in a good neighborhood with easy access to beach. We have stayed in Colonnade many times in Shipyard Plantation. Especially like second floor end unit. Owner very cordial and easy to contact.

So close to the beach!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed this property. We were a 5 minute ride on a bike to the beach down a beautiful bike path. Unit was clean and decorated beautifully. Loved all the lamps. Pool was quiet and spacious. We would definitely rent this one again.

Great location and condo

Location was great, .5 miles from the front door to the beach. We walked to the beach everyday with 3 little kids, very doable with the stroller. Pool fence is viewable from the windows, making it a quick walk to and from there. We were there the week after July 4th, expected it to be busy but it wasn’t too bad, often there was only 1-2 parties at the pool in the afternoon. Condo was clean, everything worked and didn’t leave us looking for more. Appreciated the owners quick response when a question came up. We would stay here again

Low Country Annual Summer Trip

This condo photos shows it exactly. Neat, clean and easy to enjoy. We have stayed in Colonnade many years and always enjoy our return. Nice 1/2 mile bike or walk to beach which has a locker for storage! A real bonus!! Upstairs unit which is quiet location. Shipyard Plantation has many bike paths. We always feel safe. Good parking. Mid island is ideal location.

Very clean, comfortable stay

The condo is in terrific shape and was extremely clean when we arrived. The furniture seemed close to new and the floors were immaculate. The living room was comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen is adequately stocked, has definitely been renovated and has nice appliances; the washer and dryer are also nearly new and hold large loads. The condo is about a three-minute bike ride to the bike racks at the beach club and a straight shot down the paved path. It actually takes longer to drive, but it was also convenient to have the owner’s hangtag to park at the beach. We also enjoyed having the beach locker to store things during the week. It has four chairs and a couple of boogie boards. We have stayed in Shipyard numerous times, and it’s definitely our favorite location on the island. It’s close to everything, has miles of bike paths and is close to shopping, groceries and (in our opinion) the best restaurants in Hilton Head.

Nice place

The listing is very accurate. The beach certainly is walkable but I recommend renting bikes. The beach locker does have chairs and umbrellas. The locker was great to have. Plus you have beach parking if needed.

Lazy relaxing Vacation

We have stayed at Hilton head many times and in the Shipyard resort, this was an excellent location, pool nearby and cozy atmosphere friendly people. The condo was plenty of room for my wife and myself, and of course food was spot on.

Perfection!

Communication with the property owner was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure check in was smooth. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Beds are extremely comfortable. 5 minute bike ride to the beach and steps to the pool. The beach locker was so helpful. We are already planning a return trip.

Family fall fun

Excellent location to the beach and pool! We'll furnished- everything you need (minus a few extra pillows) is in the condo. We loved renting and riding bikes all over. The beach locker was useful, as were the chairs in there. The unit isn't handicap accessible, fyi. It was fine for us, but helpful to know. Plenty of space and overall very comfortable. Felt like home!

Wonderful Time

We have stayed at Colonnade Club often, but this was our first time in this villa. The updated decor was wonderful, even down to the person touches of family painted art. Plus, the view is one of the best at this Club, overlooking the pond between the 2 buildings and overlooking the 6th tee of Galleon. You can watch the golfer hit their ball in the water and then lean over the edge, wondering if they should try to fish their ball out, unaware of the lurking alligator (which you can see from the balcony). The owner was wonderful to work with; no problems at all and is very approachable. The pool and the poolside area is adequate and very clean. Having the beach locker was great. Colonnade Club is off the beating path, so it is a quiet retreat, yet it is a very short distance to all the activities of Coligny, Shelter Cove and others on HHI. If you like blues/soul/jazz and southern cuisine, check out Ruby Lee's. It is a wonderful place to have a good time and a good meal.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

Condo had everything we could possibly need...all the comforts of home. Enjoyed having our morning coffee on Palm shaded deck overlooking lagoon. Short bike ride or walk to beach. And having access to the beach locker was PRICELESS!!! Being so close to beach and with locker made this our first HHI trip out of a dozen that we made it to the beach everyday! The only reason I foresee not coming back to this condo is if we travel with more family than condo accommodates!

Perfect!

My family and I just returned from a week in this wonderful condo. Everything in the place is brand new and top of the line. The condo was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The beds and amenities make you never want to go home! The location is perfect for the pool and the beach! The owner answered every question immediately. He was easily reached by phone or email. We look forward to staying here again!

ANNUAL FAMILY VACATION

This was our 5th year staying in this lovely condo! My family and I feel there is no better fit. I am please to share that when you walk in, you immediately feel like you are at home. Perfect location for riding bikes to Coligny Beach, not to mention the terrific bike/walking path that takes you down to the beach house/beach in 5 minutes the other direction if you want to avoid the crowds. The grandchildren have enjoyed countless hours utilizing the pool and it's wonderful surroundings. The view from the deck allows you to sip coffee ( or wine ) while watching folks tee off, or relax with fishing. If you get lucky you can even catch the alligators enjoying all the beauty:) Huge THANKS TO THE OWNERS, we will be back next August for sure!!

Retired small business owner. Golf at least twice a week during the three to four months a year we spend on the island. Wife is a professional shopper. If only they had a tour of some kind. Kids and grand kids love coming to HHI. Four grand children have been here every year since they were born.

Wonderful view of the 6th tee on the Gallion golf course. Enjoy watching the alligators, turtles, and the many varietys of birds and water fowl in and around the lagoon.
