The community offers many amenities: 2 pools within close walking distance, both heated in the winter. Further you have access to 2 tennis courts which can also be used for pickleball, both just minutes from the condo. Just exit through the stairs into the backyard to take a stroll along the shell-filled walkways that extend for miles along the island. Do not forget the private beach access! It is exclusively reserved for the community. The beach access has new amenities, like showers and gazebos and ample parking and it is located a short 2-minute drive to the north of the community on the other side of the island facing the Gulf of Mexico.

Experience the coastal lifestyle in a luxurious setting at this recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor condo. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and plenty of storage. Step out onto the porch beside the master bedroom to soak up the morning sun. The second and third bedrooms share a recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and its own closet, while the third bedroom, which opens onto the same porch as the master, has been converted into an office, giving guests privacy for phone calls or work while enjoying wonderful water views.

The open-concept living area is filled with natural sunlight. The well-equipped, modern kitchen opens onto the living room and formal dining area. Greet the mornings with a cup of coffee and 150-degree water views of Sarasota Bay through the large windows, or step outside to the spacious porch. Watch the boats go by or enjoy the wildlife in the mangroves. The large porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, inviting you to soak up the sun and enjoy a gentle breeze; thanks to its setup, it offers exceptional privacy and cannot be seen by other units. A second porch provides more room to enjoy the outdoors or store beach items.

The condo sits on the first floor with parking on the ground level. The unit can be reached via elevator, or you can use the stairs from either porch for quick, easy access to the amenities, all within walking distance. An application and approval with the condo association is required for each rental.

The car park is located just outside the building with many spaces; parking is not available in the garage underneath the building. Want to explore more nearby? On I-75, exit 210 FL-780W/Fruitville Rd heading West. Follow signs to Lido Key and Longboat Key. Take the first exit on St. Armands Circle on Lido key heading North to Longboat Key. Once you have passed the bridge to Longboat Key, follow the Rd (Gul of Mexico Dr.) for 3.9 Miles. The community is entered on your right through the main South Gate at the "Sout Bay Ilses" sign. Follow the street until you see the sign 1932 and pull right into the street. Unit #213 is on the second (!) floor of the condo building to your left.

Ample parking is available right in front of the building in all parking spots marked "residents" or "visitors". A parking spot in the garage is not available.

Per City of LBK's Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
