Come and enjoy this fabulous townhouse right on the 7th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Enjoy spectacular Greens and Mountain views from the balcony equipped with barbecue grill. The townhouse is located right next to the community pool and jacuzzi and will satisfy the most discerning traveler with its luxurious beds and bedding. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and each with private bathrooms. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with enough cookware and bakeware to prepare a Thanksgiving feast!
This professionally decorated 1700+ square foot PGA West luxury vacation home is an upstairs unit in the prestigious guard-gated private country club community of PGA West. Mountain and Lake views are spectacular and can be enjoyed from the balcony or neighboring pool/spa area. This community is a golfer's dream! Three championship golf courses are available for public play.


This beautiful townhouse is perfect for couples traveling together, girls or guys trip, family vacation, and is a golf lover's dream! Washer, dryer and WiFi included. Maid service and/or grocery shopping can be scheduled for an additional fee.

PGA West is located 30 minutes from Palm Springs. Palm Desert's famous El Paseo, with it's elegant shopping, art galleries and fabulous restaurants are only 20 minutes away.

Our luxury townhouse is also a great location to stay for Stagecoach and Coachella Festivals, the annual horse show, and AMEX Golf Classic. Pacific Life Open Tennis are all within 5 to 15 minutes. PGA West includes six world class golf courses, three of which are available to PGA West guests. The relaxing pool and hot tub are just steps away.

Great Experience!

Condo was awesome having three large bedrooms each with their own en suite. Plenty of space to let our family spread out and very large kitchen made cooking a joy. Beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains from the deck and pool is right next-door so very convenient. Overall, a great stay and awesome host who provides great communication and service during stay.

The property location was perfect, 2nd story condo fully furnished with all amenities needed. Balcony with BBQ overlooking golf course. All rooms were spacious and comfortable beds. The host was very easy to work with and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely stay again.

This property is well Located inside PGA West and the room sizes were perfect for our family. Well furnished but with slightly outdated furniture. The kitchen is well stocked. Unusual Master bath/shower, difficult to get into. Property manager responsive.

We travel twice each winter to the desert. We found this unit in 2022 and have stayed there on 3 separate occasions. It is clean and well equipped. Judy, the property manager is very responsive to all requests.

Quick Family Trip

This condo worked great for our family. Loved the two master bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The golf cart was a big plus for us as we had three other families we were socializing with. Judy provided all the information to get in the gate to make entry go smoothly. I just had a few questions. Judy provided a number to reach out if we had a question. Wonderful stay during Coachella weekend!

We stayed at Judy's amazing place during Coachella this year, and I will most definitely be staying here again. The place is so comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, so everyone had privacy to get ready in their own space. And the beds! So comfortable. The view from the living room of the golf course and the sunset over the mountains was a nice way to both wake up and wind down in the evenings. The location, both for the festival and otherwise, could not be beat. It's just below the fair grounds, so it was a quick and easy bike ride right to the festival. And, it's in the opposite direction of festival traffic, which meant we could go and run errands/grab dinner/etc without being ensnared in the Coachella gridlock. Overall, will definitely be staying here again and hopefully renting for Coachella 2024!

Beautiful Property

The condo was great and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. Unfortunately we had a lot of issues with the security at the front gate letting members of our party into the property. Even though we had listed 6 people would be staying they didn’t allow us in even when we showed our IDs, etc. Luckily the property manager was really great and got everything figured out for us within an hour of me reaching out to her. Unfortunately the hot tub closest to the property did not get hot but there are other pools and hot tubs within the complex if you don’t mind traveling to them. The master bathtub didn’t drain but I’m sure that has been fixed since we visited and it didn’t negatively impact our stay. I will note that I got a claim against my travel insurance after our visit for the clogged tub (that was clogged when we arrived) as well as “additional housekeeping” which I’m not sure what was in regards to since we left the house in pretty good shape and paid the included VRBO cleaning fee so I don’t know what outside of a regular cleaning needed to be done. Regardless though, we had a great time and the condo fit our needs perfectly.

Stagecoach trip

Everything was good except bathroom shower drain was clogged. Called property manager and was advised would come out today and received a call from plumber that they would be there between 9am-11am. I received a call later in day from property manager that they won’t make it out today and will you be ok using another shower. I replied yes but what still upset since was told would come and other family members needed to use their shower in their room. House was nice and great location.

Festival Stay

Pros: Checking in was fast and easy and Judy was very accommodating! The balcony view was beautiful and it’s a good distance from Empire Polo! Cons: The gate security was difficult at times when we were trying to Uber/Lyft in and out of the neighborhood, and some of the finishes were a little outdated.

Amazing vacation for a family

We really enjoyed Judy’s place in PGA. The place was clean and comfortable. whenever we needed something , Judy was responding in a few minutes. Pool is located just beside you. You can start your morning drinking your coffee in the balcony while enjoying the scenery of the golf course and mountain. If you need to do some exercise, no worries as you can walk, bike, and run in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. I will definitely recommend to anyone is considering this place without blinking my eyes. We cannot wait to go back to Judy’s place in our next trip to palm spring .

Perfect place to stay
