Living room with sectional and 50 inch smart TV (Roku). Writing desk with comfortable chair; a great work station for laptop use. Charging station with multiple USB ports. Stream multiple roku channels, netflix, youtube. Or, login to your own apps. Lamp on desk has USB port, clock, temperature display.

Serene bedrooms (3) have very comfortable beds (King, Queen, 2 Twins) and organized closets. Recently renovated bathrooms (2) with massage shower head, hairdryer. Additional single folding bed can be easily set up in master bedroom or living room for additional guest. Ceiling fans in each room. Master bedroom with king sized bed and own bathroom. A private door leads to covered side patio where you can sit and have coffee while reading a good book.

Kitchen designed for entertainment and fully stocked with microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea, spices. Kitchen island with seating and drawers/cabinets filled with cookware, utensils, BBQ tongs, everything you need to make a meal. Large pantry with sliding drawers. There is a 6 seat dining table next to french doors opening up to backyard.

Step into a tranquil backyard to enjoy mountain views while you sit under the covered patio for morning coffee. Enjoy a good BBQ or roast s'more in the fire pit.

At Cozy Casita you will feel right at home while traveling for stay-cation, work or travel. I take pride in my home and hope my guests enjoy it as well.

This house is so cute and cozy and has literally everything you could ever want! It was perfect for our family from Arizona and Minnesota to stay together so we were close to the venue for my niece’s wedding. It’s well stocked with a lot of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and everything you need in the kitchen. It was also really nice to have the garage to use. The host was quick to respond. If I am ever in that area again, I will definitely stay again!

Excellent home away from home

Participating in the La Quinta Art Celebration, I needed a space close to the event and a large driveway for my rig. Check in was a breeze, the house was beautiful, convenient, and immaculately clean. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in La Quinta.

The inside is SO nice and the owner has put so many thoughtful touches for the occupants. Super clean, and I love they didn’t require me to do a bunch of cleanup before checking out. She also responded practically immediately to the couple of questions I had.

this was my first VRBO booking, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable home, good location, safe environment, clean home, organized home and the set up of the home. It was well thought out to accommodate either one person or a family, pet friendly with a doggy door, well stocked for basic supplies and just an overall great experience. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings.Lisa the owner was professional, thoughtful and attentive. I will definitely be back if needed.

GREAT STAY GETAWAY!

This property was perfect for our little get away. It was so clean and the location was so quiet. It had many amenities, water bottles, a goodie basket was left for us. The beds were beyond comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with tea bags, coffee etc.. We will definitely be coming back here!

Cozy and Quiet

We were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of selling a house and this property was the perfect solution. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and we were just a mile or so from old town La Quinta, which has many restaurants to choose from. The owner couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We definitely will be back and recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet get away.

Wonderful little home for a family vacay.

This quaint home is perfect for a short stay with the family. Especially nice for small kiddos & pups! Lisa is an exceptional host and provides easy communication and quick responses to any concerns. All the beds are very comfortable and the location is convenient for the area. A few things to note: I would not stay in this house with more than 3 adults as the rooms are small & close together. There’s little privacy in the way of sound travel. Also, there are only 2 TVs: one in the livingroom & one in the master. Something to consider if everyone likes to watch tv while relaxing, This house is convenient to old town la Quinta but not walking distance for all. My husband & I had no problem but my older mom & small kiddos didn’t make the trek. Lastly, and this I think is VERY important, do NOT pull in the driveway if you have a low profile car. You can’t see it from the street side but the driveway has a ridge & lip that caused my sedan to bottom out HARD when I pulled in. My car is not lowered and I was seriously concerned it did damage from the crazy loud thud I experienced. I’m happy the car seems ok but I didn’t pull in the driveway again. Overall we enjoyed our time here & would rent again. Thanks Lisa!

Your home away from home brought to you by a stellar host

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean, fully equipped house in a peaceful, residential part of La Quinta. The place itself is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for and everything is in excellent working condition. Communication with host Lisa was a breeze and she does everything in her power to make sure your stay goes as smooth as possible. When we asked to add an extra day to our original reservation, we got the requested extension within minutes. Great stay! Zero issues. Highly recommended!

Easy to access house, enough space for is and the kids. Very welcoming and Lisa had the play pen and high chair set up for us. The neighborhood was a little far from where our festivities were. This was expected for us, we are familiar with the area. Just map out where you plan on going to make sure it works for you. The house was great and comfortable.

A perfect 29 day stay. The property was as advertised and the location ideally situated.

You can’t go wrong with this wonderful place and owner. Lisa as so accommodating. It also helps that the weather was perfect! This is definitely a return rental for us.
