The Bunker by the Beach is a newly renovated, professionally decorated 2nd floor luxury condominium fully stocked with everything you need "fore" the perfect family vacation, golf getaway, or girls' weekend! Located on the 10th fairway of the True Blue Golf Club and just steps away from one of five pools and spas where you can relax and unwind in the South Carolina sun. True Blue Golf Club is rated as one of the top 100 golf courses in the US with many other nationally ranked golf courses within minutes, including Caledonia Golf and Fish Club. You can also sharpen up your game at the Steve Dresser Golf Academy located within the True Blue Community. If you would prefer to relax on the beach, the pristine, serene, beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island are only 1.5 miles away.

From the comfort and shade of the screened in balcony you can enjoy views of the golf course as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening beverage. This 1315 square foot unit radiates a serene, coastal vibe boasting all new furnishings. The living area houses a large comfortable sectional sofa and two chairs for your entire group to gather and relax while watching the 55 inch high definition Smart TV, playing games, or reading.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven as well a Cuisinart 14 pot coffee pot for your group and also a Keurig if you prefer a single cup. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to let your culinary creativity flow including brand new Ninja Foodi pots and pans, assorted Pyrex, bakeware, and a crock pot to make cooking easy. The floor plan is open and you can interact with the family while cooking. The kitchen and dining area opens to the living area with a large dining table to comfortably seat six accommodating everyone in your group for big meals or fun-filled game nights!

The master bedroom has a relaxing coastal feel and king sized Sequall by Beautyrest pillow top mattress, nightstands, walk in closet with two luggage racks and dresser, and a flat screen Smart TV. There is also a workstation desk with monitor in case you need a work space to tie up any loose ends before you hit the golf course or the beach. You can also access the screened balcony from a sliding glass door in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has access to an en suite with a shower and the full walk in closet.

The second bedroom is a beachy themed room perfect for relaxing after a long day with a king sized bed, two night tables with touch lamps and charging stations, and a dresser. The third bedroom is golf themed with two twin beds, matching chest, mirror and nightstand.

A full sized bathroom serves the two bedrooms and includes a complete tub/shower combination with all new towels. A starter pack with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion have have been included in each bathroom for your convenience.

There is access to an outdoor charcoal grill just steps from the unit. The True Blue Clubhouse and Restaurant and Caledonia Grill Room are also less than 5 min from the front door if you don't want to cook! If you want to enjoy local cuisine, there are a multitude of delicious local restaurants with amazing food and ambiance minutes within of the condo. If you prefer to cook, there are several grocery stores less than a mile away.

If you do decide to hit the beach, we have beach gear including four beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas with umbrella stands for the sand, cooler, and a bag of sand toys for your use during your stay.

This condo truly is in the perfect location as it is just minutes away from all that Pawleys Island and its many neighboring beaches have to offer. There are endless opportunities depending on your interests. Enjoy golfing, marsh and deep sea fishing, swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, biking, tennis, shopping and other great activities minutes from our condo. If you are looking for shopping, there are many options for boutique shopping within a 5 minute drive at the renowned Hammock Shops. You can also take a short drive to Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Myrtle Beach State Park, to enjoy gorgeous beaches, biking and hiking trails, and the beauty of the marsh. If you enjoy history, the city of Georgetown is a short 15 minute drive with waterfront dining and specialty shopping or you can drive south for a little over an hour and enjoy all that the beautiful city of Charleston has to offer. If you head north about 30 minutes, you can enjoy all the fun and excitement of Myrtle Beach.

Just hang pass in car window and please return pass to the hook before checkout for our next guests to enjoy. $99 fee charged for "Park Pass" not returned.

Beach Equipment- Four beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas with umbrella stands, bag of beach toys, and cooler are also here for your use during your stay in our outdoor storage closet. Please remember to return items to their assigned spots and leave beach closet key on the hook before checking out.
