Pawleys Island has been a vacation destination since the 1700s and it remains charming yet laid back. The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds.

The condo was very clean and up to date. We appreciated the pass to Huntington Beach State Park. We went there 4 times. Condo had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.Location of the condo was convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent accommodations with many well thought out extras from keypad entry to beach pass with everything you need to bring to the beach. Very enjoyable stay, close to main road and many golf courses but very quiet isolated street.

Long Weekend

Property is great. Well kept, and location is close to Hwy17 but yet quiet. For us it is close to family and what we like to do. We plan on staying again.

Always a wonderful stay

From the updated decor to the cleanliness of the unit, we always enjoy our stay while in pawleys. The unit provides everything we need, a great location and great communication with the host. These two units are the only place we will stay in the area and the only two we highly recommend to others.

Love True Blue

The condo is comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was equipped with everything you need to spend a day at the beach. Great restaurants nearby. The True Blue community is set back off of Rt 17 on a golf course. Nice grounds, pools, and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to Murrell’s Inlet, Pawley’s Island, and Huntington Beach State Park.

Golf trip

Nice property right on the Lake on hole #4 at True blue golf club. Everything you need for a nice trip with family or friends. Host is always available and great to work with. We have rented from them several times now and will continue to in the future. You want be disappointed.

I enjoyed watching the golfers after dinner and the alligators in the early morning and late evening hours. We were super close to the bike trail and cycled 30 miles each day. The bike trail kept us safe and out of the way of vehicles. We were just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. Pawleys Island offers white sand and a gorgeous shoreline. Our favorite restaurant was Franks! I highly recommend that you go there at least once during your stay.

Caledonia and True Blue Golf

This is a fantastic condo to stay to play Calidonia or a true Blue golf courses. Immaculate, clean and well appointed. Modern with nice porch overlooking lake and golf course. TV has plenty of streaming channel picks. Fabulous restaurants nearby and close to beach also. Owner was so nice to deal with. Recommend.

Lovely and relaxing stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is very clean. It also had many extra touches that made our stay extra comfortable. We found plenty of soap, paper towels and kitchen items so we did not need for anything. The pool is just steps away from the door and we spent many pleasant afternoons there. Colin was very helpful and easy to rent from. I never had to reach out with a question because he provided everything we needed in such a timely manner. We plan to rent this condo again in the future and are looking forward to it already!

Great Offering

I am not one to write these reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this property. It really was a very nice condo. It was immaculate. It was very comfortable. It was outfitted with just about anything you could possibly need for your stay. And convenient to anything you desire. Beach was 10 minutes away. Golf was 2 minutes away. Great restaurants and shopping also minutes away. The host was easily accessible and very responsive. You can’t go wrong with this property.

2nd...but, not the last...stay!!

Great location--very peaceful and quiet! Those you see in the parking area and pool are very friendly. The Condo is beautifully decorated; clean and well maintained. It has most of the basics: paper products, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods, games.... There is a pool and Hot Tub.....however, the Hot Tub is out of commission--per a resident, the Propane Tank must be inspected prior to being refilled and scheduling is an issue. I was disappointed as I had really looked forward to relaxing every night, soaking in the Hot Tub. All in all, a wonderful 3 day/4 night stay! I highly recommend this VRBO! The owner is fantastic to work with....just a text message away! THANK YOU, COLIN!

Everything we needed and then some!!

We always have a lot of communications prior to renting. All our questions were answered quickly and honestly. Debbie and I are seniors. we have rented accommodations at True Blue before, but this unit was exceptional. I needed a ground floor, steps with suitcases on more. We have not experienced a rental this clean. Yes, it is a two bedroom, but the convivence of the second bath was great as we could both cleanup after the beach at the same time. The kitchen is well supplied as Debbie likes to cook. This is an end unit in a quiet cul-de-sac. The Price was reasonable. The location is great. The beach pass is a big plus! We are considering a return visit in late May visit in 25.

We live in Charlotte, but love the beach and weekend getaways. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds. We hope you'll enjoy our get away as much as we do. There are few things as calming as having your morning coffee on the back porch watching early morning golfers tackle the pond as they approach the 4th green.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property enables owners and renters access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, yet it is not a hotel and certainly doesn't cost as much as a resort. Being located on the first floor means you don't have to lug your golf clubs upstairs and the outside closet is available for convenient storage. We LOVE to cook so the kitchen is actually stocked -- not just for vacationing, so if you want to make an actual meal, go for it!
