This condo has been newly redecorated with high end furnishings. Sit back, relax and enjoy everything Pawleys Island has to offer. This condo is located looking toward the 8th hole of True Blue. Caledonia Golf Course is our sister club. Pawleys Island offers a wide range of dining options including high end Southern cuisine options from Franks, Chive Blossom, Bistro 217, and Perrone’s with unsurpassed southern hospitality. Pawleys Island beach is less than 3 miles away from the condo offering many public access points and free parking including a large parking lot at the south-end. Myrtle Beach is approximately 45 minutes north and beautiful, historic Charleston is about 1.15 minutes south. Pawleys Island offers unique shopping experiences. The Hammock Shops are a must. Location, location, location on Pawley’s Island

So close to all there is to do and anything you may need for your stay. The condo is in excellent condition with beautiful decor, an incredibly comfy master bed and pillows, tons off space throughout out and well appointed kitchen. It is quiet and the perfect relaxation spot for morning coffee on the screened porch, dinner at the table that seats 6 and entertainment on the leather sectional. It is minutes from the causeway and First St beach parking.

Host was spectacular. She answered emails within an hour. The condo was extremely clean and being on the 1st floor was a plus. Check in was easy. Condo had everything we needed to make meals or order dinner in. Wifi worked for our needs. Everyone in the facily was nice. The pool that was across the street from the condo and was very clean. Plenty of parking. Property is ideal for long stays for a family. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice condo first floor, perfect location to beach, golf and entertainment. I came with some friends. The only things we could say negative; was one of the queens was very low to the ground, but it was a good bed and a queen; the guest tub/shower was a bit small and high to the ground. Kitchen/Dining/Living area was a good size for us and had just about everything we needed, but the first time we opened the freezer door on move in, the handle came off, Condo was nice, wifi and a/c was great, the only thing we would note is the outside light bulb needs to be changed, when dark hard to see keys coming in; but all in all we were happy with our stay, cannot beat location and we would choose to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Check in process was stressful, the owner (who’s in Canada) threatened to cancel our stay due to confusion about the billing. Apparently the second half of the payment needs to be paid manually, and doesn’t automatically get charged to the card on file like it normally has in previous stays. We were coming from out of town, and had driven for several hours, so that was the worst news to possibly receive first thing before we arrived to our destination. Once we settled in, the property manager was able to save the day. She turned things around for the better, and gave us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy the rest of our stay. She also explained how to use the door locks, (which were not in any instructions) and made herself available if we needed her. The rooms were clean, and as the pictures showed online, but we will not be returning to this property again based on the initial interaction with the owner.

Hi Sarah. I’m very disappointed to read this. First off, VRBO collects the payments and sent you several notifications that your payment was due and past due. . These notifications have a “Pay Now” link for ease of use. Both VRBO and myself tried to call you several times regarding your payment. Even though you hadn’t paid in full, I had sent your Welcome Letter (by email) weeks before your stay. A goodwill gesture on my behalf so you could have information on the area, check in information, etc ahead of time.. In 14 years, I have never had a guest not pay for their stay when the final payment was due. The Welcome Letter clearly states how to enter the condo. It was extremely stressful for me knowing that you had the “check-in information” yet you hadn’t paid in full. It’s unfortunate that during your long drive to my condo, you didn’t answer your phone or check your emails. After my 4th call to VRBO regarding your reservation, VRBO recommended that I reach out to you, one final time, before cancelling your reservation (as they couldn’t reach you either) Thankfully, you finally answered. You informed me that you hadn’t received any “check in” information so I promptly forwarded you the email I had sent prior. My property manager (that lives 10 mins away) and myself pride ourselves in making every guests visit the most pleasant we possibly can. So, with multiple emails and phone calls from both VRBO and myself, that you were in violation of the agreement because you hadn't paid, I’m shocked that you wrote this review.

Karen was outstanding as our host - she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was 5 star - incredibly responsive and timely with all correspondence - gracious and kind - Thank you Karen! the golf villa was perfect for our needs - charming comfortable and very well kept - check in and departure was simple and easy - True Blue is tucked away yet right in the middle of all Pawleys has to offer - we look forward to another stay here with Karen in the future!
