We understand how important a good night's sleep is, especially during vacations, so we've made sure that each of our five bedrooms features plush, comfortable beds with soft linens and cozy blankets. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few locked closets.

We give our guests space and will check with them a couple times through their stay to make sure everything is well. The best way to reach us during your stay is text or phone call. Our normal business hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm. Please be patient for responses outside of these hours.

Fireplaces and fire tables operate on gas. No wood needed/allowed.

Cleaning fee will be $425 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

City of Flagstaff does not allow street parking during winter time; November 1st through April 1st. However, you shouldn't need it, there is plenty of off-street parking.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.

#1 – Shoes Off
• We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!

#2 – No Pets
• For the consideration and safety of future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property.

#3 – No Smoking/Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free and smoke-free property. This means no smoking or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We also ask that if you will be vaping, you do so outside of the home.

#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!

#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!

#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help.

#7 - Check-Out is 10AM
• Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop her, she is a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this service is $20)

#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.

Lastly, the Continental Country Club HOA requires the registration of all adult guests, this includes a $25 fee, which we build into the price you are quoted. You will be required to provide the names of all adult guests and the Year, Make, Model, Color of all vehicles that will be with you during your stay.
We will collect this information and provide it to the HOA.
