This stunning custom built home, located in the quiet section of the island only 2 blocks from the beach is wonderful property to spend your next vacation in. The property has an open floor plan which is perfect for relaxing on your vacation.

Once you come in the property you are greeted with shining Australian cypress floors that lead to the entry foyer, office, kitchen with a bar, breakfast area as well as a large room used as a dining room, sun room, etc.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Primary suite is located on the first floor. The attached bath has a separate soaking tub, shower and water closet. Enjoy your morning coffee from the deck opening off the bedroom overlooking the pool. There is also a deck off the kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full baths. A spacious room with a king and ensuite bathroom. Additional guest rooms with queen beds and a shared full bath. Sleeper Sofa located in 2nd floor media room.

The pool is a custom built saltwater pool that is great for unwinding and taking a dip after a day on the beach. Off the pool deck is a screened porch. The rear yard is surrounded with a high wooden fence for privacy and beautifully landscaped. There is a 2 car garage for plenty of parking. This home is close to the IOP recreation center which offers playground, soccer, basketball courts, and toddler's lot. Upgrades include flat screen Smart TV's in living room as well as all the bedrooms and media room.

Includes free parking, supply of linens and towels per occupancy, washer and dryer, a starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.

Loved the house and miss it! The pool was awesome and it was such an easy walk to the beach. Perfect for long family stay. Very nice and clean inside too.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to beach and shops and biking path. Clean and great size property with pool and yard and garage and beach gear. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Our Isle of Palms stay

The house was everything as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked, very clean, bedrooms spacious and bathrooms tidy. Few minute walk to the beach and recreation park. Beaches were immaculate and never crowded. The beach equipment company was easy to work with and stuff was there

Amazing home in IOP

Wonderful home with a great location. A couple of blocks to the beach and the Isle of Palms recreational center. Very spacious for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The process was smooth and well done. The home is also well stocked in the kitchen with several smart TVs. Not a huge issue, but the pool is well shaded and tends to have a number of leaves. Would definitely recommend!

Liked having a pool

Was spacious Enough for a group of 7people. We each found our own spot to do different activities when needed. We enjoyed having a pool to use after being at the beach or just anytime.

Beautiful Home; Great Pool

The house is exactly as it appears on line. It has large rooms, an excellent kitchen, and plenty of places to sit. The pool was particularly a hit with the 2 grandchildren, and also grandpa who is training for a triathlon to celebrate his 80th birthday. The beach was an easy walk, and not crowded at all. Overall, a great place in a great location.

Beautiful Home & Wonderful Stay!

My family met at this home in April 2021, after being apart for months. My sister and her new baby live in Atlanta and we are from CT, so we drove and met up in IOP. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Very close to the beach, and we used the equipment credit to rent bikes, which was a really nice and convenient add-on (they were delivered and picked up directly at the house). There was more equipment at the house than we realized, including beach chairs and a few beach towels. Wonderful stay overall!

Great family trip!

I was happy with the size of the house but did find it dated. The noise was loud from the neighbors event though there is clearly a noise ordinance - I did have to call the police. I also discovered a clicking noise on the 2nd to last day coming from the gas stove top. The quality of the paper goods was too thin and very low quality. I did appreciate all the serving pieces and dishware provided in the kitchen. Overall a very nice experience.

Annual Family Reunion

We had a great time staying at this house. It fit our family (six adults, three kids 2-8 years old) perfectly. The pool and pool deck are massive, with a perfectly situated screened in porch for people wanting to stay out of the sun. The beach was a short walk away, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home in IOP

Great stay! When we arrived the pool had leaves and debris all in and around it. I called Carolina One who told me there had been a storm the previous night and would try to get someone there to clean the pool in the next few days. The pool cleaning crew was there in about 20 min. The house was clean, accurately described on VRBO, and had everything our family of 10 could have needed or wanted. The only drawback was that there was no pantry. Our family eats all breakfasts, lunches, and snacks in. We had to clean out a few drawers and cabinets to put our chips, snacks, and breakfast foods in and even put some things in the laundry room.

Great Place for Family

The property was lovely. Very well equipped-in fact, one "complaint" I have is I wish I knew it had puddle jumpers and toys for our toddler and all kinds of infant accessories. We would have loved to NOT haul pack n' plays, as the house had two. The pool was great for the afternoons while the little ones slept. Wish the den upstairs had a regular bed, in leiu of a pull out sofa, but we knew that from teh start. We had a wonderful time and made many fantastic memories. Thank you!

Great stay at a great house

We had a great week at this house in IOP. The listing is accurate, house was a perfect layout and had everything we needed to be able to cook and have a very enjoyable week. The management company was very helpful and responsive and check in/check out was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous house with lovely personal touches

We booked this house for a week in South Carolina as my husband was there for work (we're from Scotland) so myself and our 2 year old decided to come along and we flew my in-laws down (from PA) to spend a week with their grandson. The house was gorgeous, immaculate and felt very much like a home. The beds and sofas are very comfy and the decking areas are great too. Sadly the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to use the decks much or the pool but it was lovely. The owners leave a chest of toys which was an absolute godsend for our 2 (almost 3) year old son. We spent a lot of time making lego creations when the weather was stormy and there were jigsaws which came in handy when there was a power cut during one of the storms. The house is close to a lovely beach and in a really nice quiet neighbourhood too. The only thing I'd mention is that the internet isn't great, my phone constantly disconnected in the master bedroom or couldn't find the wifi which was tough as it costs a lot to use my phone without wifi, being from overseas. Aside from that tiny issue we had a fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Thanks for a great trip.

Delightful Place for a Beach Visit

This home is spacious and comfortable with most everything one would need for a beach stay. The pool is very large and would work for a family with kids. Kitchen is huge and thoughtfully appointed with plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, including high-quality plastic ones for poolside. My elderly parents with some mobility issues came to visit overnight and were able to stay on the main living floor, which has the primary bedroom with a large en-suite bath, so that worked out very well since they could remain on that floor of the house. 5 minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful and uncrowded in that section of Isle of Palms. We would definitely book this house again for future visits!
