Guests can appreciate the convenience of two bathrooms, a private washer and dryer, a propane BBQ and two separate terraces with plenty of seating space.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. The casita is located in one of the best areas, however such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

The amenities include bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, and a range of essential products like bar soap, dish soap, dish sponges, dishwasher tabs (if applicable), hand soap, garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Your rental property is carefully furnished to cater to vacationers' needs. It's important to note that unlike a hotel, if you exhaust these supplies during your stay, you can replenish them by purchasing more at the nearby grocery store.

Additionally, please be aware that we do not provide shampoo/conditioner or body wash.

The unit is located on two floors. There are two small steps to the ground floor that features the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. This property might not be idea for guests with mobility difficulties.
The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.
