This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, oceanfront, penthouse condo can accommodate a total of 8 people. There is a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, &1 queen in the 3rd bedroom.

This well kept penthouse condo is has wonderful oceanfront views from the private balcony. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, TV's in all bedrooms & the living room, a washer & dryer in the unit, free covered parking and free Wi-Fi.

This condo is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Bahama Sands (formally Atlantic Breeze) is close to championship golf courses, live dinner theater, entertainment, shopping and award-winning dining. Nice oceanfront condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo...could use some upgrades on living room furniture but not bad for a rental. We have stayed here three years in a row and plan on staying here next year. We had a couple small issues and called about them and North Beach came right out. Would definitely recommend North Beach and this condo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bermuda Sands PH 3. It would be nice to have self check in. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony and people and dog watching. Appreciated the carts for carrying our stuff to and from the car. Great place to stay!

The building was very nice. The pools were very nice but cold in September. On site parking was great. Location was great. The unit was overall clean but the floors needed to be cleaned better. Our one year old granddaughter’s knees and feet would be brown after crawling around.

It was perfect for 2 adults and four teenage boys! The view was great! Easy access to beach with showers to wash off. The pools and lazy river were a nice addition and break from the beach. The location was just right with just a short drive to anything and everything you might need. Comfy beds too! And kitchen was well equipt! I'd go back!

Reviewer Comments: I will start with the view, being on the top floor penthouse PH3 on the balcony you can see for a very long way in each direction....Great Views! The balcony was spacious with enough seating for eight. The living room looks like it had new updated furniture also, the kitchen looks updated. The shower in the master could use an update. One other thing the sliding glass door in the living room could use some grease on the tracks, it was a little hard to open and close. All the rooms had nice big screen TV's with easy to use controls. We used the washer and dryer and had no issues. I will say one of the most impressive things about the building, the elevators are very fast. I will say overall it a good experience and would stay here again.

Great Location

This was a perfect location for our family visit to the beach. There is plenty of space with comfortable beds. The adults enjoyed the view and kids enjoyed the pool. We all loved having the beach right outside the door as well as having area attractions within easy driving distance. We would be likely to reserve this rental again.

Affordable beachfront getaway!

Great price for 3 bed, 3 bath, full kitchen, living room, and large balcony right on the beach. Would stay here again!!!

Condo is very nice.. mattresses very comfortable- knives for a month stay are not great but for a week are doable... fry pans have been replaced since last year and are nice... still had a smoker in a different unit on balcony so the smell came up to our balcony most everyday...couch is starting to show wear but still not bad

Great beachfront getaway

We stayed here for a partial week in June. Unit is great, clean, and as advertised. You can’t beat oceanfront….just walk out and head to the beach. We made use of the pools in the afternoon (tip: the indoor pool water is much warmer). Enjoyed the stay age would come back here again.

Amazing condo with wonderful views

Condo was clean and in an excellent location. The fact that each bedroom has its own bath was a huge plus. Kitchen was well stocked but renters should be prepared to provide all food right down to condiments (salt, pepper, etc). All in all it was a great stay!

Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first time at North Myrtle Beach. The room was amazing. Its on the very top floor so its a pent house. View from our balcony was absolutely amazing. We had a great time and enjoyed or time there. If i had any complaints about this room would be the shower head in the master bath doesn't have much pressure. Even saying that we would still stay here again.

First truly comfortable mattress where we felt good every morning, no stiffness that you get with cheap mattresses. Table and chairs on balcony, very cozy. Parking was very convenient too. It’s been our best stay in NMB, except it was a bit high for us, 13th floor. One more thing, the management company was also the best one we’ve worked with. Such generous owners!

Lots of space and nicely decorated but condo would definitely benefit from being cleaned better between rentals. Also struggled with smokers on their balcony that drifted into our rental and we had to close the ocean frontslider. Called rental agency for assistance on that and it truly helped. Lots of luggage carts and quick elevators was a plus. Too cold to use the pool. Again, absolutely amazing being ocean front.

Wes Stayed for a month so I noticed Fry pans and knives were in bad shape but if there for a week it wouldn't be a problem. Also a guest from a different u it smoked on balcony and it made being on our balcony unpleasant. Overall -I would definitely stay here again! NBR was great to work with-very responsive when I contacted them.

Unit was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, but it could have been a little cleaner.

Overall, the unit was updated, but not within in a few years. Sofas needed cleaned, and the master bedroom, needed the floor mopped. I understand the cleaning people are only given and hour to clean. How can they clean a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath in an hour? Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. Maybe I'm just a clean freak.

Ocean front Roaches

The ocean front view was Amazing but cleanliness of the condo was questionable.. We had roach issues in our condo all wknd and wasn't even able to unpack our bags.. The roach issues changed our visit so we had to eat out all wknd instead of cooking breakfast and dinner.. We really weren't comfortable using anything & having to sleep with your luggage in your bed was really uncomfortable & awkward! Hoping we didn't bring any home with us.. Not our best vacation but should've been..

The unit is beautiful! Beautiful obstructed view, was irritating because everything else was perfect

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. HOWEVER Units views were obstructed with 8 x 10 non smoking sign right in the middle of your view. Both sliders. If your good with that, go for it. Great unit.
