The master bedroom has a queen bed, master bathroom with a walk-in shower, a TV, and an oceanfront balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a TV. All of the TVs are Smart TVs. There is also a pack-n-play for your little one. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom has a walk-in shower. There is new flooring and paint throughout this condo. An electric fireplace in the living area is also a wonderful way to wind down after an exciting day!

This condo has a full kitchen, dining area, living area, washer/dryer, and free WIFI. This kitchen also has a Keurig, tea pot, and high chair. The living area opens up to a stunning oceanfront view of the ocean. There is a day bed on the balcony that offers a serene space to unwind. Summit does not allow motorcycles, pets, or smoking. 2 parking passes are allowed. No students/student groups are allowed. This is a family-oriented property. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.
