Private Pool Home with Mountain Views near Hiking Trails and Desert Attractions!
Welcome to Santa Fe Oasis, a private pool home nestled closely within sprawling La Quinta Cove mountainsides in a quiet neighborhood. This large corner lot 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental provides the ultimate space and privacy featuring a pool w/optional heating, BBQ, Cable TV, high speed WI-FI, and more amenities. A block away from hiking/biking trails and a five minute drive to Old Town shops and restaurants. Near golf, tennis, polo, music festivals, casinos, and other area attractions.
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect destination for a tranquil stay, family vacation, a romantic weekend getaway, and everything in between! From our manicured landscaping with large, mature palm trees to the meticulously designed interior to our private pool/bbq area backyard with unobstructed views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, this property has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible.
Master bedroom features a King bed and private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and private outdoor patio seating area. Bedroom #3 two single beds converted to a bunk bed and a futon couch. All bedroom have TVs with cable programming.
Bathroom #2 features a shower/tub combo. Living room leads to the backyard and has a flat screen TV with cable programming and surround speaker system. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need to get busy preparing your delicious meal.
Pool can be heated for a fee of $30 per day. No pets of any kind allowed. Propane BBQ, washer & dryer, and rest of home is available for guest use (garage is private and locked).
- Quiet Hours 10pm-7am per city ordinance
- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival
- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 2.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments.
- For long terms stays over one month, unless pre-approved in advance to waive, there is a mandatory guest paid housekeeping service are required to help us keep the homes cleanliness level to our standards. Service includes laundry (linens, towels, etc.), floors/carpets, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living rooms, dusting, etc. Guests must vacate the premises during the cleaning service to allow our staff to perform their job more efficiently.
Home is secured by VIVINT security. 2 Cameras are located on the property. Security cameras are activated ONLY when an alarm occurs. Tampering with any part of the security system during your stay will not be tolerated. Any costs associated with a break in (if security system is disarmed in any way during you stay) will be the sole responsibility of the renter.

We are excited to be able to share our home with you.
We both work in the airline industry and in our travels have experienced many different places. We have found the Palm Springs area to be one of our favorites and so have purchased a home there.
We look forward to spending time with our large family in La Quinta. We have 6 children and 6 grandchildren! Disneyland, here we come!
We have designed our vacation home to be as comfortable as our home here in Canada. We hope that you will find it to be as comfortable as well.

We've chosen to purchase a vacation home in the La Quinta area as it is central to golf courses, shopping and dining in the Palm Springs area. It is also close to other main attractions in California. The weather is almost always great. We have been coming here for the last several years and it is one of our favorite places to vacation.
