Overlooking the marshlands, with 180 degree views. This immaculately well maintained, updated house is the dream beach house for nature lovers and beach goers! Bigger than many houses in Cherry Grove, this home boasts 1800 square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Covered porch and sun decks to enjoy the views of the marshes and the wildlife living there. Open living room area is complimented by an 18 ' x 12 ' kitchen. The 15' x 13' primary bedroom is complimented by a newer primary bath with shower and ample closets. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the second bath. The decks and the ground level areas are the best surprise. This 28' x 23' space is sheltered and covered and ready for your relaxation, outdoor entertaining, games, or head out to the yard and sit by the custom firepit. An abundance of storage and parking, and a covered 2 car carport. Located at the end of the street, there's plenty of peace and quiet, away from the hustle bustle of beach life. A true sanctuary in paradise. It is uniquely decorated in a coastal theme, completely furnished, with full sized appliances, compact stack washer and dryer, and all the amenities of home. Easy Contact-free Electronic lockbox entry to the unit!

FOUR TEN is 2 blocks from the beach. We provide wagons, or you can rent a golf cart, or bring your own. Its a short walk to beach shops, miniature golf, arcades, restaurants, ice cream parlor, Boulineaus IGA Store, and the Cherry Grove Pier. Just far enough away from the crowds to be able to enjoy the uncrowned beaches, but is just minutes away from all of the entertainment shopping dining and golf Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's the perfect place for your next family vacation!

Bring your boat, there's room to park it (25 foot maximum) on a trailer. Bring your golf cart, you can park it underneath the house during your stay. Pets are allowed with pet fee, no fence though, so bring a leash or keep them close by. You can bring kayaks or canoes, the marsh is not a good place to put them in the water, but public boat ramps are close by.

Best I've stayed in yet!

This is our fourth year going to Cherry Grove, and this was the best maintained condo we've stayed in by far! It was perfectly clean and very well stocked with beach toys and kitchen supplies. We will be making this our go-to rental from now on!

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place, including complimentary "starter" a mount of supplies, including coffee and laundry detergent. Very responsive management and prompt responses. Loved it!

Great Property

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities. All you need to bring is your clothes! Very clean and comfortable and just as it looks in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Picture perfect - great location

Our family stayed here in April. Unit is exactly as pictured - updated and pristine condition. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Beds were newer & very comfortable. Large patio to step out onto and enjoy the fresh air. I would definitely stay here again!

We hope to rent again.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. There were eight of us and we all had enough room. It had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the owner was very easy to work with.

Had a great time in this condo. Very clean and close to everything. Had everything we needed. If any down fall the couch was uncomfortable and the need for new deck furniture , These were small inconveniences that I noticed. We would definitely stay here again! We had such a wonderful time.

Everything you need and more!

We were very pleased to stay at this property. They literally had everything you could possibly need so there were a lot of things I brought from home that we did not have to touch. The kids loved using the sand toys and other beach items that I did not bring from home. No question that we would stay here again!

Amazing location, updated with a Fabulous View

This condo is so well appointed! The owners care about providing a clean, well maintained unit. Little things like having nice hand soap in the bathroom, paper towels and trash bags was a nice touch! They even let us rent Thursday to Thursday which was AMAZING. The building is well maintained, someone was always cleaning/vacuuming the common areas all week. The view from the balcony was perfection and we loved walking to the store, Murphy’s and for ice cream on the corner!

Excellent Place To Stay!

We stayed in this condo for the month of March 2013 and it was wonderful. Temperatures this year could have been better, but the sun was shining every day. We have stayed in many different condos in the area, and this one is by far the nicest we have seen. Location is great, the owners were great to work with and the property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Building itself is also kept in excellent condition. Would recommend eating at Capt. Nance's for great seafood lunch specials, River City (Barefoot Landing) for really juicy hamburgers and Chesapeake House for an excellent seafood dinner. Would certainly recommend this condo to others looking for a nice place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

Perfect Vacation Destination

Our stay at Springs Towers was excellent. It met the needs of our family perfectly. The condo was very clean and spacious and the management company overseeing the property did a great job of keeping things neat and tidy around the pools & elevators. The commute to the Convention Center was about a 30 minute drive, but it was very easy to get there. We loved being oceanfront and the walkway to the beach made it very simple to bring our beach necessities down. The ocean water was extremely warm and the waves weren't too rough for our kids to play in. There are many restaurants and stores close by to pick up things you need. The beach was not overcrowded near our condo which was a bonus. I would certainly recommend this property to my family and friends and look forward to coming back here again in the future.

Great place to stay at Cherry Grove Beach!

My wife, my young two kids, and I stayed for the week starting July 21st. In previous years, we've stayed in various Cherry Grove Beach condos. This was our best experience yet. The location was very convenient. The ease of getting on and off the beach was great. The view of the beach from inside the condo and the balcony was really nice. Because of the renovations, we found the condo to be nicer than some of the newer places we've stayed. If you have a cargo carrier for the top of your vehicle, there are plenty of parking spots where you don't have to worry about clearance. Before the visit, I was slightly concerned about the parking deck being across the street, but it was a non-issue. At least a third of the time, there was a spot available in front of the building. The description and photos of the unit are accurate. I would suggest that you bring your own pillow if you're picky about that sort of thing. The unit was clean and the owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. With young kids, I would recommend Ripley's Aquarium and the indoor air-conditioned mini golf at Molten Mountain. Hanging out at the small park next door was nice as well. For eats, I would recommend Hoskins (fried seafood) and Hamburger Joe's (burgers and wings) with the kids and Parson's Table (fine dining) without the kids if you're lucky enough to have a babysitter around. I highly recommend this place!

First Time in North Myrtle

Our first family vacation in North Myrtle Beach and it was excellent. Spring Towers was fantastic, very clean and well maintained. Our condo was excellent and had everything we needed. Close to groceries, restaurants and food, and adult beverages. Thank you for the excellent vacation.

Excellent condo and location!

We absolutely loved this condo and it’s location! The condo was clean, roomy and had a fully stocked kitchen! The location was perfect, right next to a beachfront restaurant and the grocery store a block down! We definitely enjoyed the pool and the private walk to the beach. The Cherry Grove pier is not too far down the beach and there was even the Aloha water sports company directly next to us! Lacey was great and even met us on arrival to give a parking pass and a brief tour and instructions. Will definitely stay here again!

The condo was well maintained and was exactly as advertised. The property and surroundings were well maintained. The kids loved the pool! The only possible downside was the area. It was very busy and the sidewalks were very narrow.

One of the Best Vacations

This condo was spotless, and the owners could not have been more helpful, They have a new system called Spectrum in the building and we could not figure out the TV`s so when called they came over and ended up having to call the company and get walked through the setup,. It went out several times after that but we were able to figure it out ourselves. This condo is situated in a perfecdt spot, close to restaurant grocery store liquor store and some shopping stores., While we were there we decided to book right away for the month of October. Very pleased with the owners and the condo,.

Awesome Family vacation

Wonderful condo with an extraordinary view of the beach. Everything was perfect. The condo is really well equipped, well decorated and very clean. The owners are available to answer all our questions before and during our vacation (even after!). The external pool and 2 spa are available on site and they are very well maintained and clean.The neighboring is also very good, a grocery and a liquor store are located just beside of the building. A lot of restaurants and minigolf are also located in the surrounding Our family vacations were awesome with thousands of memorable souvenirs.

I have been visiting NMB since I was a child in the 1970s. It is the best beach on the East Coast in my opinion.
