Beautiful and well maintained!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit very much. The location was convenient and the short walk to beach was great. We did some biking and beach walking. We definitely would like to come again.

Great place with an amazing view!

This lovely condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfectly located from the beach. The view from the large balcony was truly stunning and the super short walk across the street to the beach was perfect for our two young boys to handle. We loved that there was also a pool, which was super clean and well maintained. And the condo’s location to shopping, entertainment, and dining was perfect! We definitely enjoyed staying here and hope to come back again.

Spacious, great location!

Loved the large kitchen and spacious rooms! Balcony and view were amazing! Easy access to the elevator and cart’s available for carrying luggage and all other items to the unit! Friendly neighbors gave suggestions to restaurants and other places of interest. Short walk to beach! Enjoyed our stay!

Golf trip

Our stay was pleasant. Place was as advertised and clean. We had a problem on the third day, called the owner and it was taken care of right away. If we take this trip again and place is available, would go back.

Great place!

The location was great-easy beach access, and an easy drive to all the fun stuff in MB. The building and parking were convenient-a little tight for our big Dodge truck, but it worked out fine. The home was very cute and nicely decorated-very comfy. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. We would not hesitate to rent here again!

Incredible week with lifelong friends!

We have spent a great week in this property and loved this beautiful condo. Secure location, friendly neighborhood and personnel, short and very convenient access to the beach. Cosy and beautiful room setting, spacious balcony with comfortable chairs and tables added so much to other pleasures of our vacation. Very grateful for a wonderful and very affordable vacation!

Perfect in eve;ry way

Our month of March was so enjoyable in this rental. The owners were so friendly and their instructions were spot on. The location was perfect. The condo was very clean,comfortable and beautifully decorated. Certainly had everything we needed.

What a Beautiful Place at the Beach!

This is the perfect vacation condo! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We found the condo clean and comfortable. The picture above does not do the view justice! It's almost like staying right on the beach. While we didn't use the pool or grill area frequently (we love the beach), they looked very nice. This was a wonderful stay in a great location!

Great 2-bedroom condo

Outstanding location just steps from the beach access. Outstanding balcony with great views of the beach - pictures are accurate in that there is a smaller building in front, but being on the third floor (with parking on ground level) doesn't diminish the overall view. There is little traffic on the street in front. During the night, there was very little noise on the road in front. That made sitting outside very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

September beach trip

Even though the condo is across the street, the beach access is easy and still has a partial ocean view. We really enjoyed the large balcony with a couple of the chairs with higher seating so your view was unobstructed. The pool is still quite nice at this time of year. The property owner communicated all of the pertinent information ahead of time and was easily reached when we had a question after check -in. Thanks for providing everything we needed for a great stay!

Home away from Home

This condo is so comfortable it is like being home. The decorations are so nice. The pictures show exactly what you will be renting. The host is so nice to work with and even answered my dumb TV/Cable questions. One of my favorite items in this rental is the binder with menus from local restaurants. We loved being able to check prices and offerings before we actually went. There are some great ones in there! It was too cold to go in the water but watching the waves from the living room was really restful. We definitely plan on a return visit.

Vacation

We just returned from our trip to MB, we had the best time ever. We loved everything about the condo. We spent every day at the beach. Nights we went out shopping, sighting and checking the area out. We brought our bikes and road every morning. I met a couple of the ladies in the building and walked with them a couple of times. Everyone in the building was so very nice. We will return next year and maybe 2 weeks this time. You could not ask for a better location. "A" plus in our book

Winner of the excellent choice award.... Sea Island Villa 304

Our family has been visiting North Myrtle Beach for the past 30 years, and I can say that this unit was the best choice we have ever made. Excellent view of the ocean, even though it is across the street as there was not a high rise in front. Was concerned about the street noise when I booked, but it was not an issue. We actually were there during the Fall Bike Rally, and it was still nice and quiet area. Kitchen was well stocked if I had wanted to cook, however with so many great places to eat I did not have to !! Washer and dryer being in the unit was very handy also. Entire condo is very tastefully decorated. Furniture was all nice and in excellent condition. I had no problem sleeping comfortably on the queen size mattress in the master bedroom. Actually woke up on my first night back home and had that twinge of back pain after sleeping in my own bed. We have stayed at several high risk concrete resorts in the area in past, and Sea Island Villa 304 has exceeded them all in cleanliness and décor. From the moment you open the door you can tell the owners have taken great pride in their unit. They were very easy to work with and I had a smooth transaction with receiving arrival and departure instructions. If are reading this review to help you decide which unit you should rent, do not hesitate a moment longer ! Send the owner an e/mail to book it before someone else does. You will not be disappointed.........

Our stay

We had a phenomenal time at this property close to the beach and attractions! I will say I would have liked saving the cleaning fee and done it ourselves. I enjoyed being able to have a relaxing home experience with everything we needed at the property! And the owners of the property were very accommodating! I hope to use them again in the future!

Fabulous home and location!

The condo is as exact as described and fabulous! Check in process was very easy. They even have a towel drying rack that came in very handy for the beach towels. The location is awesome- public beach access is literally just steps across the street. Every morning and night our family of 4 sat on the balcony to enjoy the view and sound of the waves. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay and hope to visit again soon! Thank you Gary and family for the use of your home!

Great property and fabulous location - 5 Stars

We were blown away by this place during our recent visit to the Grand Strand. Check-in process was seamless, and the ocean views were fabulous. Condo was comfortable, roomy for the four of us (including 2 teens). Steps away from the beach was great - and convenient for quick trips back to the condo. Location was perfect for many restaurants and sites in N Myrtle Beach. Gary was a great host and provided all instructions needed for entry/exit of the property. A perfect host. We will definitely book this pace again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

We have always loved this area of North Myrtle Beach and have stayed in Sea Island Villas for the past 18 years. It has always been a pleasant place to stay.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

All the rooms in the condo are quite spacious compared to most condos and the beach here is a great place to go shelling and have fun with children on the beach. Location is great also and you are very close to just about anything you want to do. Great view from the 26 foot long balcony.
