Host was fabulous to work with. Thank you, Tammie! Cleo is a jewell. Property is beautiful and very well kept. Kitchen has everything you need! Portable speakers and coolers were a bonus for our boat rides. Every VRBO should be like this!

The house was very nice and clean well equipped with most everything you need. The views were amazing. The hot tub was nice to have with the weather (very windy and a little cooler at times) Tammie was very quick to respond and very nice to deal with. Cleo cooked for us one night and it was very convenient and delicious

Amazing property, perfect stay

Serenity was amazing. By far, my favorite place we’ve stayed in Exuma. This home has everything and the views are amazing. Great communication with the owner before and during our stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity. The house was clean and beautiful, the pictures were accurate. Plenty of supplies and the communication with the host was great. Any questions we had she quickly responded. Since we were there on Christmas Day, our host even made sure we had a Christmas tree. The kayaks and paddle boards were in great condition and we used them daily to view sea turtles, starfish and even sting rays. We loved the quiet location and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolute Perfection. We are so grateful for Tammie sharing her beautiful piece of Exumas paradise with us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and organized. Beds were comfortable. The private boat dock was a must-have. We spent our days kayaking across to the way on the crystal clear glass water, taking the boat out to stocking island, coming back to the house for sunsets and cocktails in the hot tub. Tammie provided so many recommendations and tips prior to the trip so we were well prepared. The house is very well built with high end finishes and furniture. We cannot wait to return!

Ultimate girls weekend!

A group of my girlfriend and I got to stay at Tammie’s beautiful Bahamian paradise. It was truly a dream to be in such a beautiful house on the beach and with a pool and hot tub. Also, the kayaks and paddle boards were so fun to use as well! Tammie and her team were extremely helpful and quick to provide multiple recommendations and help when needed. We cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation home!

This property was amazing from start to finish! The communication with the owner before our trip helped us plan out every detail. The home itself was beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The layout and location of the home allowed our kids, ages 11-17, to have some independence from us, whether that was watching tv in the second downstairs living room or kayaking across the harbor to explore!We had everything we needed, plus things we didn’t know we needed, for a trip that we will never forget!

A beautiful oasis and superb host

Tammie and her team are amazing! We loved her home from top to bottom - beautiful, well appointed and luxury feel from open air decks, pool and all the toys. Tammie was in contact with us in a moments notice. Wonderful host and home!

Great experience all around. House is beautiful and setup nice for adult groups (all king beds) or families (nice bunk room for kids). Communication with home owner and property manager before, during and after are second to none. Thank you Tammie and Cleo for a wonderful experience!!!

Serenity is the place to stay! 5 stars across the board. We have stayed in a different house every year and now we will only be staying at Serenity. Excellent communication and the house has everything you will ever need. Pool, hot tub, beach, dock, paddle boards, kayaks, great AC, beautiful views and very spacious

Serenity is Heaven in Hartswell

Our stay at Serenity was heaven on earth. The beautiful home is exquisitely decorated for comfort and style. It was well stocked with everything our families needed and came with plenty to keep our children and teens busy. Mornings were spent kayaking and paddle boarding through the beautiful Moriah Harbor, and nights were spent in the pool and hot tub. Tammie and Cleo kept us well informed about our stay, and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. We’ve been coming to Exuma for 12 years and we will definitely be staying at Serenity for many more years to come.

Great Christmas Holiday

Tammie and Cleo made our stay very easy and communication was excellent. We had everything we could need and they answered any questions we had. Cleo went above and beyond helping us locate a lost suitcase. Beds and bedding comfortable and bathrooms very luxurious. We cooked many meals and hung out in the spacious main living areas. It was nice having a working hot tub as it was a little chilly on our trip. Overall 5 star experience and would definitely choose this property again.

Wish we could give them 10 stars. Never had such communication and help from a host before, as first timers to the exumas Tammy was invaluable to us and so responsive and helpful As far as the house goes, it was stunning ... so clean and well kept. But beyond that it was stocked to the max. So many things that we brought from home were not needed because they've thought of everything .... speakers, cooler bags, big ice cubes for our old fashions, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkels, plenty of plastic wrap, garbage bags, foil and all other kitchen things you hate to buy on vacation. Even a basket full of sunscreen and bug spray leftFrom other guests to use as well as unopened food left from other guests too. Truly cannot say enough good things about this property and its management ... we will be back!

Amazing Vacation!!!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience at Serenity!!!! The views are amazing, the house worked perfectly for our group ages 73-6. The location allowed our teenage children the freedom to explore surrounding islands, this was huge!!! Everything is beautiful, and I do mean everything!!!!! Tammie and Cleo are the perfect hosts, and went out of their way to guide and accommodate us!! If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!! Best Ever!

Everything was perfect! Tammie (the owner) made us feel like guests in her home. She answered a million questions for me before we got there and checked in with us regularly after we arrived. They were very gracious and allowed one of group to check in early. The house exceeded expectations. It's beautifully decorated and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly want already on site. We never wanted to go inside because the outside space was so inviting - shade when you want shade, sun when you want sun. This was absolutely the best VRBO I've ever stayed in!

Perfect home for a perfect vacation

The home, the view, the communication…everything was perfect! The three adult couples each had their own king bed with a view and a bathroom! No detail was left untouched. The location was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding or just hanging out at the pool. It was close to some of the most amazing beaches- Tropic of Cancer, Forbes Hill and Pretty Molly. Tammie was wonderful with recommendations and DO NOT book your stay without using Vaughan B’s services. They can book your reservations, do your shopping and they make the most amazing breakfasts. This vacation was picture perfect and Serenity was the perfect home!

Best week ever!

We will be back!! Serenity is everything and more than what they have in their listing. Tammie goes above and beyond to stay in touch prior to your trip and during your trip to ensure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The location in Moriah Harbor is beautiful and the house is stocked with everything we needed. An important highlight was the generator & purified water filter - the island loses power frequently and you wouldn’t know staying here. We also had fresh water to drink all week without having to go into town for jugs of water. We had kids ages 6-12 and they all had a blast.
