Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just 10 minutes from downtown and 7 minutes to Zilker/Barton Springs. All the action is nearby, but not right at the door.

This beautiful vintage home is very "Austin," built in 1970. With a giant lawn, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an outdoor soaking tub & shower on a private balcony, and a large deck (great for yoga!) We're the perfect place to recuperate during a weekend of play.

The space
Enjoy a fresh-ground cup of local coffee or choose from a selection of herbal teas. Relax in the kitchen nook, or do some morning yoga on the back deck, overlooking our beautiful, old oak trees.

If you want a night in, the kitchen is fully equipped to cook and the couch is great for snuggling up with a glass of wine and watching a movie on the Apple TV with access to Netflix, HBO, and Apple. There are also two easy-to-use gas-log fireplaces where you can get cozy with a book.

Additionally, there's a private office space if you need to get some work done.
Guest access
Guests can use all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, and the kitchen. You are also welcome to use the deck, private balcony, and the entire backyard area.

For parking, guests can use the entire driveway, or you can park anywhere along the street.
