OCEAN LAKES G6 INTERIOR REMODEL IN 2023! OCEAN VIEWS AND STEPS FROM THE BEACH.

Ocean Lakes Unit G6 has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and is 200 steps from the beach and Sandy Harbor Waterpark!!!!

The full interior remodel was completed in 2023. All new bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, TVs, floors, lighting, etc. The large decks have ocean views and all new furniture in 2023. New decking for 2024!

We strive for all our guests to arrive to a crisp, clean home. Our cleaning service includes the cleaning of ALL the homes linens. This includes freshly washed bedspreads and bathroom mats for each guest's arrival.

Our home is just a short walk (200 steps) to all of these Ocean Lakes amenities: waterpark, pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, beach volleyball and the beach.

All Ocean Lakes Rules Apply
- Must be 25 years of age to reserve and must be present the
entire stay
- No partying…Ocean Lakes is a family oriented community
- No loud/vulgar music or behavior tolerated
- MOTORCYCLES may not to be ridden in Ocean Lakes. The
Ocean Lakes front office will direct riders where to park their
motorcycles.

Pets Allowed
- small dogs are allowed with owner approval

Car Passes
- Car passes are $15/night/vehicles. If purchased 10 days prior to arrival, the rate is reduced to $12/night/vehicle
- Ocean lakes charges these car pass fees and handles the distribution of car passes. Owner will facilitate this
process for the guest.

Linens
- ALL linens are changed out and washed before each guest arrives. Our cleaning service not only includes freshly washed towels and sheets, but also freshly washed and change out bed spreads and shower/bathroom rugs for each new guest.
- The following linens are provided:
- All bed linens, 24 bath towels, 24 washcloths, 8 hand towels, kitchen towels,
and bathmats

Other Property Amenities
- Keurig coffee maker
- Gas Grill (The homeowner provides a full gas tank twice each year. If
needed, renters can have the gas refilled at their own expense by swapping
the gas tank at the Walmart Community Center across Hwy 17 from
Ocean Lakes.)
- Washer and dryer
- Vacuum
- WiFi Internet

REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:
**Beach chairs (chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach from the
lifeguard on duty)
**Beach towels
**All personal items (including hand and bath soap)
**Beach toys
**All paper goods for the week (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, etc)

*Please leave the gas grill cleaned for the next guest. A $25 cleaning fee will be assessed to your reservation if the grill is not cleaned before departure.
