Looking for a tranquil canal front home with a private pool, in a great location, close to everything including restaurants and nightlife? Look no further!

Relax in paradise along the waterway, enjoying a spectacular sunrise, watching the passage of boats, dolphins, manatee and much more.

Three bedroom, two bath split floor plan with tropical decor making it feel like you’re at the beach. Kitchen has everything you'll need, FULLY equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bakeware, toaster, Keurig, blender, food storage containers, even an air fryer and crockpot - nothing was missed for those that prefer to cook and eat-in. Additionally, there is indoor laundry.

The eastern exposure lanai offers outdoor living including a pool, dining for 6, and a BBQ grill. Lounge chairs to soak in the sun during the day and a comfy sectional with gas fire pit for the evenings finish out the space. The pool is heated in the cooler months to 85 degrees. If you prefer warmer water, it will be an additional $20/day, water temperature not to exceed 90 degrees.

Prefer looking at the water? We have that covered too! During the day, enjoy your own little beach on the canal or cast a line from the dock. Covered cabana area on the dock offers plenty of seating. Fenced yard.

Perfect house to enjoy outdoor living- you may never want to go inside! If boating is on the agenda, the location offers quick access to the Caloosahatchee River - 2 miles. Plenty of activities to keep busy including: off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bars overlooking the water. Over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 recreation parks.

This home is conveniently located less than five minute drive to the mid-point bridge to Ft Myers. Quick access to shopping, dining and grocery stores (The Shops at Midpoint Center within 3 miles which include Publix Food Market, Target, various restaurants and fast food options). Downtown Cape Coral entertainment district featuring bars, shops, spas, and restaurants is 4 miles and Yacht Club Public Beach is 5 miles. Close to Ft Myers Beach (-30 min), Sanibel (-40 min), Captiva and Naples (-55 min).

House is cooled between 73 degrees and 78 degrees and heated between 68 degrees and 72 degrees. The Smart thermostats is engineered to automatically pause heating or cooling when SmartSensor detects that a door or window has been left open for more than 5 minutes. It can take up to 20-30 minutes for the heating or cooling system to come back on line.

Please consider the age of your guests when considering this pool/dock home

There is NO pool security fence or pool alarm.
Sliders do have Patio Sliding Door Loop Lock

All children 12 years of age or under MUST wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult – at all times- when on the dock.
