Coastal calm awaits! BBQ, fire pit, private hot tub, & dogs welcome!

The home is located at the front entrance of the Nehalem Bay State Park. There are several trails just across the street! The main street in Manzanita, Laneda is a half mile from our home. It's a nice 20-minute walk, 10-minute bike ride, or a 5-minute car drive away. And, of course, the beautiful ocean is just an eight minute walk away from our house.

Don’t be surprised if you see a family of deer or elk greet you in the front yard, and don’t forget to check out the guide book at our home. This guide book will help you identify several fun things to do, places to dine, etc.

Our spacious home offers endless options and is great for family reunions, girl's weekends, or bringing a few families together who have varying tastes. The group or any individual can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes, take hikes on nearby forest trails, or enjoy shopping in the city.

Or, if you're anything like me, you want to simply relax in the space. If that's more your pace, soak in the hot tub, connect with your friends around the fire pit, or play games in the cozy living room space. This house works well for large groups bringing everyone together in our favorite coastal city to do whatever suites the mood.

The private backyard is equipped with, a brand new seven-person hot tub, gas and wood fire pits, a barbecue grill, and plenty of seating - including a hammock chair! Inside you'll find a comfortable living area with cards, books, board games, and a smart-tv setup for streaming.

For the kids: The home includes, a high chair, pack and play crib, children foot stools and dishes, baby toys, and children’s toys.

For the necessities: We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen and laundry room that includes two sets of washers and dryers for cleaning up after all the outdoor fun!
