🛑 Important Pool Info:
The HOA requires wristbands for pool access. Each home is allotted 8 wristbands—please do not lose or discard them. Replacement fee: $20 each.

Whether you're reeling in redfish or relaxing with a drink under the palms, The Blue Fin Bay House is your cozy, coastal escape.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the storage room downstairs and two locked supply closets in the house.

Guests will have access to the community pool and boat wash station.

Our primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. You can also enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV in the room. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a queen-over-queen bunkbed (can fit adults and hold up to 1200 pounds) and its own smart TV for streaming. Second bathroom has a tub shower combo as well. If you need additional sleeping space, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper with a 2-inch topper for added comfort. And if that's not enough, we have a queen air mattress available as well. We want to make sure all of our guests have a comfortable stay! Stackable washer and dryer for any laundry needs.

There is outdoor entertainment available downstairs, which includes comfortable patio seating, a television placed over the outdoor bar, and stools for people to sit on. The Com
