The home rental includes:
•Open living space with big sectional couch and a Smart TV when you want to spend the night in with popcorn and a movie.
•Simple contemporary chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, utensils for cooking basics, island with elegant marble countertops, soft light hanging lanterns over the breakfast bar with (4) high top chairs ideal for a delicious food spread for your family or guests and a table that seats (4).
•Lush beds in all 4 bedrooms (king size bed in master) and ceiling fans for temperature control.
•Primary bathroom has a spacious spa walk-in shower with removeable showerhead, marble double sink vanity, and separate toilet area. Secondary bathroom has a tub shower with a large single sink countertop.
•A sliding glass door that leads to the patio for outdoor entertainment with a grill to spice up your favorite meal and a cozy seating area for gathering and entertaining in the evening time with cold beverages.

• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage.

• Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

• Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night.

• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI GPS Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

• I give permission to PMI- Gulf property Solutions to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
