Suite 107 at Corcega Beachfront Suites is specially designed for individuals with disabilities, featuring a plush queen-size bed, a comfortable bathroom, and a quaint kitchenette. The best part is that this apartment is just a few steps away from the sea! Additionally, you'll also find handicap parking in front of the room.

Please be aware that this room is NOT located in the front of the building and does not have an ocean view or balcony. The oceanfront rooms are #101-104 and #204-207.

**Please keep in mind that the pet fee is charged per pet, and date changes carry a $50 admin fee.

**We have umbrellas, towels, and beach chairs available for rent.
1. Boats or Jet Skies parked inside the Complex are not allowed.
2. Only 1 car is allowed per apartment and it must be parked in its designated area. The use of nearby parking that does not belong to your rented area is prohibited.
3. Birthday or party activities are not allowed unless authorized by the administration.
4. Pets must remain within the perimeter of their rented area, under the immediate reach and control of their owner.
5. The owner of the pet is responsible for immediately picking up the biological waste of their pets within the rental area and in the surroundings.
6. Loud noises, music, social gatherings or any activity that constitutes a bother to the neighbors after 11pm is prohibited and the radio volume must be keeped low during the permitted hours.
7. Garbage and any waste must be deposited in bags before placing it in garbage cans or drones.
8. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment you will incur penalty of $25.00 per extra person per night for the full stay.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments
10. Do not move or remove kitchen utensils, sheets or towels from the cabins.

If we call your attention for any violation of these rules and the situation continues and it is necessary to call your attention again for the same situation, you will have to leave the complex without the right to reimbursement for your stay.
