There is a large family dining area with seating for 6 guests and the open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!



There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances throughout allowing you the option to cook a full meal at home or visit one of the numerous neighboring restaurants!



The home has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and large closets, perfect for accommodating two families.



The spacious third bedroom has two bunkbeds, sleeping 4 in total and has a large walk-in closet.





Exit the family lounge through sliding patio doors onto the spacious pool deck with screened lanai and covered outdoor dining area.

The large, lagoon shaped pool has a new pool heater and the spacious deck is perfect for sunning and enjoying the warm evenings and lake views!



The garage has been transformed into a games room complete with Air hockey & Foostball tables. There is also additional seating in this room and a games console.

Perfect for entertaining all the family!





All bedrooms including the main living area have TV’s and the home is equipped with High-speed Wireless throughout.

The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers and high chairs for your convenience during your stay.


Any additional requirements can be arranged upon request.


For guest convenience there is a full size, interior washer and dryer and Air conditioning throughout the home.

Other things to note


Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool heat is additional fee if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Each reservation is backed by a property protection plan. This safeguard covers accidental damage during your stay, removing the need for large security deposits and giving you confidence in your booking.
