Water shoes still recommended.
This quaint cottage has new flooring throughout & each bedroom has its own queen size bed, tv and ceiling fan. New living room furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new dishes, pots, pans, utensils and all new, coffee pot, microwave, blender, crock pot, toaster and even new refrigerator.
All linens, dish towels, bath towels and bedding provided. New dining room table that seats four. Bath has new sink, vanity and toilet. Comfortable inside on those hot nights or rainy, cool days this place has air conditioning, heat, Wi-Fi, and fun family games.
The cottage is conveniently located within 1 mile to the South end Hubbard Lake DNR boat launch and a mile from White Pine National Golf Resort. ORV/Snowmobile Trailhead nearby. Restaurants, stores, gas and bars within 1-20 miles from cottage. Lincoln, Alpena, Harrisville, & Ossineke are all within a 15–20-minute drive. Come relax and enjoy Hubbard Lake, it's a year-round, outdoor paradise that you'll want to call your "happy place"!!
