Perfect cabin getaway for us! Kitchen had every utensil we needed, Bill and the neighbors are friendly, and the place is tidy! We explored the area as well (Iargo springs, Alpena) and will def be back!

The cabin was clean, cozy and affordable. Host made himself available for anything that came up during the week and it did. Our boat trailer tire picked up a screw off the road and Bill got back to us right away when we asked him for information on where to get the tire repaired. Long driveway made it easy to park our boat.

Cozy cabin

It’s always a good time staying in Bill’s properties. Such a great host who’s easy to contact with any issues or questions. The cabin was a cozy little cabin that had everything that would be needed for a getaway. We loved our stay!

Bill was so through and kind. I appreciated the care for how my pet was doing.

The cottage was very clean and warm. Heater worked great and the kitchen was well supplied for my healthy food needs. I like that they had the cleaning supplies needed to keep up and take care of the place during my stay.

Very accommodating

We traveled here to visit family nearby and needed to extend our dates. Bill was very accommodating and helpful with doing so and flexible with us. Very nice place that I enjoyed with my 3 year old for a week and then with my husband and sister as well the second week. There were 3 Queen/full size beds which worked out perfectly.

Wonderful Weekend Up North!

My wife, young daughter and I spent a wonderful Labor Day Weekend at Hubbard Lake. It was a peaceful and beautiful time. The property provided everything we needed and we made use of the fire pit, charcoal grill and dock for swimming. The owner was kind and attentive to our needs!

Excellent Cabin, Location, and Host

The cabin was perfect for our stay. The driveway was long enough for our bass boat and truck to fit without having to unhitch it. The location was very peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. Bill is hands down the best host. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Cozy Home Away From Home

Bill is definitely the host with the most! He allowed an extended stay and provided a safe place for me to stay. Very cozy and warm cabin. When friends and family stayed they thoroughly enjoyed as well. Everyone in the area is friendly and kind. It is very peaceful and beautiful. Bill keeps the cabin very clean and well-maintained.

25th Anniversary

My husband surprised me with this beautiful cabin for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were comfortable and got to totally relax! It is located in a beautiful setting with great restaurants and site seeing opportunities. Bill was a great host!! Would definitely recommend this place! May even go back every year!

Hubbard Lake in the winter

First let me say that the owner of the property, Bill, was awesome to work with. The house was clean and had all the amenities necessary to make our stay very pleasant. It was important for us to get a good nights sleep for a full day of ice fishing and the beds were awesomely comfortable. And might I add that for older folks that is very much appreciated. Would we return to this property? The answer would be 100% yes.. Thank you Bill. Sincerely, Denise & Leonard

Great place to visit

It was great to stay in a clean property! The bed was just the right firmness for me. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes, so I didn't have to wash after every meal. And I got my buck on nearby State land! Definitely will stay here again

Furniture

The couch was small and uncomfortable. Looks like something from the 70's or 80's. Beds where not very comfortable. Other then that it's a cute little house in a very quite neighborhood. Seen deer while sitting on porch. Heard coyotes off in distance at night while sitting outside. House was fully furnished including linen, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was full stock with all you pots, pans and utensils. Bathroom had towels. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect for two

what you see is what you get, well accommodations. Unless there's something specific you use, kitchen had everything we needed. Even a few things extra. Bill was a great host and makes the process easy. Definitely would stay again if back in the area,.

Lovely week at Hubbard Lake!

My husband and I loved our week at this Line Street house. The house is very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for our vacation. The boat hoist/dock were priceless to keep our boat at the ready for going out on the crystal clear water of the lake, and there is a lauch nearby. The neighborhood is friendly and designed for slow traffic and walking. Bill is an excellent host and communicator and made our stay easy and seemless!

Nice get away and great hospitality

Great affordable cabin to enjoy some time away. Bill, the owner was very helpful and friendly to our group. He called to make sure we had everything we needed and our stay was enjoyable. We could tell that he takes pride in his place and his guest, so much so that we joked he should be the mayor of that area. The cabin has an awesome stamped concrete patio with picnic table and grill with nice plant fixtures. Inside was a comfortable place with everything you need from clean bath towels to cable tv to a fully outfitted kitchen. We will definitely rent from Bill again and hope to continue the tradition.

Relaxing Weekend

Lovely, clean, and comfortable cottage

Totally enjoyed my stay in Bill's lovely cottage! Very clean and fresh smelling throughout! Queen bed extremely comfortable and nice tv with cable. I look forward to my next visit!

Memorial Weekend

Wonderful clean cozy cabin. Our family of five plus our little dog spent Memorial weekend on Hubbard lake in this cabin. Nice friendly community and wonderful accommodating host. Great value!!
