Seabrook Island is a beautiful, gated, uncrowded island, perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Come enjoy the miles of white, unspoiled, sandy beaches just a 10 minute walk from this beautiful villa. Check out the abundant wildlife & leisurely walk the beach watching the dolphin at play. Seabrook Island is just 30 minutes south of historic Charleston.

947 Sealoft has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, family and dining rooms, two bedrooms an open loft bedroom and two full bathrooms. The living room features hardwood floors, and a bright and cheery decor. A wall of windows offer views to the 11th fairway of Ocean Winds. There is a full size stacked washer (HE) and dryer in the laundry closet.

The primary bedroom is on the 1st floor and boasts a king size bed for your comfort, a TV and adjoining full bath. A deck off this bedroom is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the golfers on the golf course. The second bedroom, also on the 1st floor, has a queen bed. A 2nd floor sleeping loft has twin beds and a reading corner. The upstairs sleeping loft also has a deck - great for catching the suns rays or watching the stars at night. The Sealoft community has a pool for their residents and renters to enjoy.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets NOT allowed

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

A Relaxing Stay

A lovely home that was within walking distance to the beach. We loved watching the wildlife in the pond behind the house. During our visit, the neighborhood pool wasn’t open yet for the season, but it’s a nice feature to have it just across the street.

Seabrook Return

Location of property to beach was extremely ideal along with the accessible pool near by. Property was well maintained and was very suitable for a family of 5. Would definitely like to return in the near future.

Great Seabrook home - excellent stay

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The loft was ideal for our teen girls and our young children enjoyed being on the main floor. The bathrooms were nicely updated. Everything was functional and clean overall. The pool in the community was nice and the walk to the beach only took a few enjoyable minutes. We liked being close enough to Charleston for a few day trips but our priority was beach and pool time. I highly recommend this property.

Seabrook vacation 2022

The condo was comfortable but could use some TLC. Although it was clean, there were areas that needed some deeper cleaning, ie, the arms of the sofa and the doors. Also, the outside storm door did not close so if we forgot to close the inside door, the bugs got in quickly and one morning a salimander came in. There was no room in the cabinets to put our food. There seemed to be quite a bit of old food in the large storage cabinet and one other cabinet. We did not use the grill. It was very old and didn’t even try to clean it up and see if it actually worked. Having stated the negatives, there were many positives. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean which is extremely important to me. The location was perfect so close to the Beac Club, where we spent most of our time and across from the pool which we used a few times. Coastal Getaways was fabulous from the time we inquired about the rental until we checked out. I did have to contact them a few times, and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use them in the future.

Secluded and relaxing getaway near Charleston

My family and I just spent a wonderful, restful week in the Seabrook villa. The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach ending with a scenic boardwalk trek over marshy dunes. We rented bikes (highly recommended) and took a few bike rides around the island which was a good way to enjoy the scenery in cooler, shadier areas. We didn’t use the pool or restaurants as we were happy for a more solitary beach experience but those areas looked great when we briefly visited them so we did not regret getting the amenity cards upon arrival. We were really happy with the small beach crowds (we mostly went late in the day) feeling at times that we had most of the beach to ourselves. The house itself was really well-appointed with a full kitchen with all the needed cookware/utensils; tons of towels; ample space for our 2 teens; 4 comfortable beds; TV & games; excellent air conditioning; and 3 small balcony patios. The rental company (especially Renee, Nancy, and Lisa who seem to be the ones always answering the phone when I called) was super helpful with all our questions and requests.
For those not familiar with South Carolina beaches, you should consider Seabrook (and this well-priced property in particular) if you want a true beach experience as well as the opportunity to see some beautiful flora and fauna in an unspoiled natural environment while still able to have a quick get-away to Charleston for some great eating/shopping/sightseeing. It was a perfect blend of what each of us in our family was looking for.

The perfect location on Seabrook

Loved this adorable condo. It was super clean (I'm a bit of a germaphobe and it passed even my test!), and decorated nicely. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We had a nice view of the golf course and stream, complete with turtles and alligators. The location was great, too - the pool was across the street and we were often the only ones there. The beach was just a short walk and was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Thanks so much!

Great stay!

This was a perfect villa for our family. The pool was across the street and our family rode bikes to the beach access points. The villa was clean and well stocked.

Loved our stay

We loved the location of this property. An easy walk to the beach, yet secluded from the main road. Short drive to the beach club, and steps away from the neighborhood pool. It was perfect for our family of five. The younger ones loved sleeping in the loft area.

Never been to Seabrook Island before though have heard much about it. Property manager Nancy was always upbeat, professional and quick to respond to questions! villa was beautiful and just right for our family. A short walk to beach and pool across street.

A gem of a villa and island

Our stay in 947 Sealoft Villa was wonderful! The accommodations were beachy lovely and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the short 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. Great Family Stay

Beautifully decorated and well kept. Diagonally across the street from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Board games, restaurant menus and lots of kitchen supplies! Everything you could need. The only reason for the 4 is because they need a new BBQ, it was unusable and we had planned meals for it.

Great place

We loved the location as it was very close to Beach entrances or club and pool literally across the street. Bedrooms good size and living area was cozy and tv had DVD player. Kitchen was a bit small but had everything we needed. Pet friendly was great since we brought our Lab to enjoy the beach. Grill was fine. Free bike was good but just a really basic not too comfortable..but that's with bike company. Enjoyed boat ride but it was just a pontoon boat and did not venture out around the beach. Did see dolphins. One unexpected issue was the baby alligator that was in our back yard at times hanging out. A little unsettling as if you did not see it you wondered where it was. I alerted the rental office and she seemed to think it only hung out on the other side of lagoon on golf course side. She alerted security but still alligator was there the whole week. Maybe need an eco-friendly barrier. It was nice to be abke to take our dog before 10am and after 5pm to no leash zone by area 1. Lots of dog owners at this time and play time. Rental office was very friendly and helped me with lockbox and minor light issue. Will definitely be back but probably away from lagoon. Minor issues: drawer by fridge sticks and toilet seat by kitchen sticks together with top. TV in master hard to figure out.

We had a wonderful time. We went horseback riding on the beach. Easy drive to Charleston. So much to do in the area. Great grill, everything that you need is available in the unit, including games. Very bike friendly. A great beach experience for the family, including the fur babies

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we expected. It was clean and decorated very nice in a beach theme. We had family staying at a House right by the beach so we didn’t spend any time during the day here so we can’t much about the cooking etc but it was very comfortable sleeping and a nice getaway.
