Home away from home! Spacious, all one level living! All the amenities needed for large families, multiple families and corporate housing for a short stay or long term. Fully furnished kitchen and eating island. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. 2 Family Rooms: One with a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and curtains for semi privacy, the other with a wood burning fireplace. Master Bedroom has a private 4 piece master bath. Sleeps 8 people. Pets welcome, fees may apply. We welcome families vacations, corporate stays, and relocations needs for temporary furnished housing.

* Photo ID and a rental agreement and must be signed to complete the reservation. Renter must be 25 years or older

Separate lower level suite. No cross traffic, separate entrance, shared driveway.

Comfortable

We had a very good stay in this beautiful place! Last time we stayed in a basement appartement and I found that a little depressing. So this was so much better for us both! It was quite warm outside most of the time so the airco was very comfortable and helpfull. 😊 The available coffeemachine was very nice too! So maybe till a next time!

Exactly what we needed

This was a extended stay for an elderly parent and a support person to be close to the hospital during a medical concern. The house was comfortable and cozy during an extended cold stretch. The beds were comfortable. Property was clean and equipped with all that we needed. The property manager was responsive and understanding during communication. We are very grateful that this property was available during a time of need and suited our needs perfectly. The only drawback I will mention is that it was a bit of a maze getting in and out of neighborhood but that may just be an issue for the directionally challenged. Haha Once we had the hang of it, it was fine.

A huge disappointment !

This house is in a good location - close to amenities. The floor plan is open and good for entertaining guests. However, the first impression of this house is that of a NOT well maintained house. After occupancy, it became apparent that the house had not been cleaned FOR QUITE SOME TIME. Dust, dirt and grease on furniture, floor and walls, dirty bathtub, greasy strings from the stucco ceiling in the kitchen, grease dripping from the microwave onto the stove, broken glasses in the cupboards, etc. The house was definitely not ready for rental to us. Our family spent several hours cleaning to make the house presentable for wedding guests. At Home Away's suggestion, we approached the owner who lives on the premises. She was very pleasant, approachable and reasonable and we were able to come to some resolution over this matter. She apparently has new cleaning staff! With a good cleaning from top to bottom, some painting inside and out, some repairs, replacement of missing doors , tiles, etc., this house has the potential to be a good rental. We would also suggest that the owner check house readiness between rentals. Overall, a disappointing experience, especially when our rental was based on good reviews of this property.

Quiet, Clean House

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to many things in Edmonton. The beds were super comfortable!! When we go back to Edmonton, we would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay at Edmonton Millwoods home

The home was perfect for our needs as we were a large family group attending a wedding in Edmonton. The house was well situated so everywhere in Edmonton was easily accessible. The house was very comfortable and private and had all of the amenities we required. All in all an excellent choice.

Lovely house

Had a pleasant stay, manager extremely helpful when we had a medical emergency, and when unable to find the bin or bags for refuse day. All the comforts of home, spacious, welcoming, the children had a wonderful time. It was convenient for sightseeing and visiting the zoo fort Edmonton and even the dinosaur forest. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thankyou

It was exactly as expected!

This property is located in an awesome neighborhood with incredible neighbors around it. Our stay was great, the owner was there if you needed them or not if you didn't. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal big or small. This is a spacious house that suits a larger family well. Great bedding in all bedrooms and plenty of towels for everyone. If we need to spend time in Edmonton again, this property would be top of our list!. Thank you for making accommodations the easy part of our family trip.

So much room inside and outside, great location

The house was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as clean towels and sheets. The beds were all so comfortable. It was the only house we stayed in with ac, which was great! I'd recommend staying here!

Great place ! I will absolutely recommend to travellers with children

very nice house. Well located for our purpose in going to Edmonton.

House was excellent for our family. Lots of sleeping space. Was nice to have netflix. Well supplied with coffee, tea and spices. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Large & comfortable

Overall, the place was great. Most comfortable master bed EVER, deepest tub I've ever seen! A few minor things-the washer works well, but the dryer took 3+ hours to dry a small load. Ended up using my sister's. The kettle doesn't work, but they do have a Keurig, which we did not use. Coffee maker was enough for us. The backyard and BBQ were great but the swings could be replaced as there are no seats. My kids are older so they managed to use it as a foot swing. The bedrooms suited our needs well, but only one toilet flushed properly. 2 living rooms was great, as was the Netflix and board games. The kids used one as a movie room and one as a games room. Met the owner briefly in the driveway, and he was very pleasant. The kitchen was large and nice also. Hosted my sisters family for dinner, and lots of room for the 8 of us in the dining room. The location worked perfect for us. Grocery and parks nearby. Tim Hortons 5 minutes away was a bonus too. The neighbourhood is very family friendly. We weren't around much through the day to comment on noise level but we didn't have any issues. THANK YOU for allowing us to rent your home for the week. Our vacation was fantastic, with enough room to allow everyone their own space when needed. Heather from Ontario

Wonderful Home!!!!

This is our second time staying here!!! Staying here is like our other home. The home is roomy and is so cozy and relaxing. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants, fast food and grocery stores. Also too us 20 min to get to WEM.. Overall this home is beautiful and decorated very nice. The kids enjoyed the roomy backyard and I enjoyed having my coffee on the deck. This property is definately worth it to stay. The owner is very helpful and addresses any concerns come up. We had no issues and can't wait to come back!!!! Thank you so much Sakouna!!!!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We were in town for a wedding and were unfamiliar with Edmonton. We were so lucky to have found this beautiful house. The location is convenient to almost everything - shopping right around the corner and malls close by. The house itself is very clean and has everything you need as a base of operations. Everything very clean, Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer, wifi. We had a wonderful time and owner kind and thoughtful.

Home away from home!

We recently stayed at your home while we attended our son's wedding. Your house met our every needs. With everything on one floor it is perfect for elderly people (just one step down to the family room). The house was spacious, clean, quiet, and very well equipped (one recommendation: a deck of cards). Although we didn't use the large back yard, it is perfect for families with children. We would definitely recommend your home to others and would rent it again. Thank you for helping to make our weekend special.

Home away from home!

Amazing Home in Millwoods, Edmonton

Wow, what a great find! This house was exactly what we needed! Lots of space, central to everything in Edmonton, super clean, and very friendly owner. Basically show up, and you can live here in comfort for a long time! Large backyard, all everyday living necessities (kitchen, bedding, bath supplies, etc), complementary coffees, teas, WiFi, and the list goes on. Very friendly neighbourhood and super helpful owner available for anything! Definitely recommend, and if/when we get back to Edmonton, we will look for this place for sure! Thanks!

There were 6 adults using this house and it was totally adequate for great visiting, sharing meals and having personal space as well. We appreciated the private deck but the appearance of the backyard was disappointing. The house was very clean and well supplied. Central air would have made our time more comfortable, especially since we experienced some of the hottest days of the summer and the main fan was not working. We would suggest checking the cupboards more closely in between customers as we found some moldy bread and the juice container had a hole in it. There also were no dish cloths. On a positive note, however, we would definitely use this arrangement again and gladly recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful Home in Edmonton

Worked out beyond our expectations to have a home for a week around son's wedding. Lots of room for entertaining, sleeping six adults and kitchen facilities. Deck and BBQ came in handy as did AC and fans for moving air around. Clean, comfortable, and a must-stay location!

Very Roomy

We found the house very roomy. There were 5 adults, 1 toddler and one infant. With two family rooms there was more than ample place to have some self time. The back yard was very large with a play area for the kids or plenty of room to throw a ball around. We as a family were very pleased with this home!!

Home sweet home away from home

This home was truly a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable, and all the little touches were all there so make ourselves at home. Fully stocked kitchen and utensils, coffee, clean bedding, clean towels, wine glasses, 2 living rooms, games, netflix. Clean, well taken care of, and quiet. Was truly a welcoming place - especially for big families like ours. A perfect solution for families with small children - especially with the playground and huge backyard. Thank you for accommodating us during our stay! We will definitely book again!

Truly a home away from home.

We have a large family and this home was beyond our expectations. The directions were easy to follow to find the house. It was very well maintained, clean, large, beautiful and welcoming. There was many activities in the home from board games to the play structure outside. It was truly a blessing to have the freedom outside for our four children to play. We look forward to renting again as the comfort exceeded our expectations. While in Edmonton our favorite places to goto was Launch Pad and Treehouse. All of which is easily accessible from the home. Our favorite part was the card the owner left us which personalized our entire experience. We are ever grateful to have had this opportunity to stay in this home. Warmly, Large family from BC

Nice home for family stay

Five of us stayed in this comfortable home over the Christmas period, in order to visit nearby family. All was very clean and functional, beds were comfortable and the kitchen, living/dining area and family room spacious enough for our numbers. The owner also ensured the walks were shoveled of snow and ice on sidewalks was salted. Recommended.
