We're Mark and Brigittia, originally from Maryland and Northern Virginia, who now call beautiful Plant City, Florida home.

When we're not welcoming guests, you'll usually find us spending time with our family, traveling, exploring Florida, enjoying concerts, visiting theme parks, taking cruises, or hanging out with our dog Baxter and our cats. We love discovering new places and understand how important it is to have a comfortable place to relax after a day of adventure.

We became hosts because we wanted to create the kind of stay we enjoy ourselves—a clean, quiet, comfortable, and pet-friendly retreat where guests can truly feel at home. Whether you're visiting for the Florida Strawberry Festival, exploring Central Florida, traveling for work, or simply passing through, we hope you'll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location of our private guest suite.

One of our favorite parts of hosting is meeting wonderful people from across the country and around the world. Every guest has a unique story, and it's been a pleasure sharing a little piece of our home with so many amazing travelers.

Although we're just minutes from shopping, restaurants, Interstate 4, and the Florida Strawberry Festival Grounds, the neighborhood has a quiet, residential feel that's hard to find. In the evenings, the gated entrance adds an extra sense of privacy, and you'll often hear birds singing or catch a beautiful Florida sunset from the nearby lake.

Plant City is known as the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World, but it's also a wonderful central location for day trips. You're only about an hour from Orlando's theme parks, the Gulf Coast beaches, downtown Tampa, and Lakeland, making our guest suite an ideal home base for both relaxation and adventure.

Our quiet location offers the best of both worlds—peaceful surroundings in a neighborhood that is gated each evening, yet only minutes from shopping, restaurants, the Florida Strawberry Festival Grounds, and easy access to I-4 for day trips to Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando, and Florida's beautiful beaches.
