This four-story home will be just the perfect place to bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Ocean City! This splendid home away from home offers a prime location that is really hard to beat - you are close to boat and jet ski rentals and fantastic restaurants (Harpoon Hanna's, Catch 54, and Papá Grande’s), and only one mile from the beach.

Upon entering, you will encounter a cozy den that can be used as a bedroom with a TV, an en suite bath, and access to the enclosed backyard. There is an on-site elevator that will swiftly take you to levels 1 through 3. There are steps up to level 1. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms and a laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer. The primary suite on this level enjoys its own balcony, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. There is a large bunk room on this level as well. The third floor hosts the main living area, offering a spacious and bright open floor plan with beautiful views. Spend lazy evenings watching your favorite shows and movies on the large TV as you curl up comfortably on any of the sofas. The beautiful kitchen is a chef's paradise with modern stainless steel appliances, including a built-in dual oven, a dishwasher, a five-burner stovetop with a range hood, and a double-door fridge. Coffee connoisseurs will appreciate the coffee corner featuring a Keurig coffee maker. This level also offers a balcony with an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals alfresco and a fifth bedroom. And last, but definitely not least, the fourth level features a sunny rooftop deck with a wine fridge and sink, an outdoor dining area, and several seating options where you can sunbathe or simply unwind with your loved ones. Additional perks include an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a large picnic table that can seat 10 to 12, perfect for a crab feast! The fireplace is not operational.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
