Our family filmed an episode for "Mexico Life" in 2016 and it has been featured several times throughout the year. Our very large 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located on a gorgeous lagoon of Puerto Aventuras and only steps away from the beach. The windows in the master bedroom and living room span from floor to ceiling with a breathtaking view. The condo sleeps 7 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the 3rd. There is an additional full size inflatable bed. A full size washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony to start off your morning overlooking the lagoon, or a glass of wine during the sunsets. If you're not at the beach (only 250 feet away), you can cool off in the pool that is located right off the balcony. Take a Kayak or paddle board for a cruise on the lagoon or just hang out on the inner tube. Great snorkeling is just 10 steps away and you'll see tons of colorful fish. A golf cart is available to cruise around the community. Also, Puerto Aventuras is a great town to explore by golf cart. We will have a golf cart available for rent to our tenants. The rental amount per day will be 25usd which is below the standard 50 to 70usd per day you will pay in Puerto. There is so much to do like swimming with the dolphins, golfing, tennis, spa, shopping, fishing, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and so much more. There are dozens of delicious restaurants to choose from. You can listen to live music every night. Our condominium in Puerto Aventuras is a great way to wind down and relax.

IMPORTANT: There is the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club down near the marina. You can rent the beach palapas for up to 4 persons for 1000pesos(50usd), two lounge chairs(2 persons) with a pool umbrella are 500pesos(25usd). You can buy food and drink and have fun in the sun...

* Electricity will be charged extra, with a cost at 5 pesos per kilowatt hour used.. However, we give our tenants a buffer of 20 kilowatt hours per night rented. Example.... 7 night stay gives you 140 kilowatt hours of buffer at no cost to you. We will take a picture of the electricity meters upon check-in and check-out. In the past it has been rare that I have charged my guests as usage has been kept down...

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. We were 2 hours late due to a plane delay, but our host was still there waiting to greet us. The condo had all the amenities we needed. We literally didn’t need to call our host for any reason. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and only had to walk a half block away to the beach. We were able to enjoy visiting Cozumel, Xcaret, and the Monkey Sanctuary not far from the condo. The only thing I would suggest is renting a car for travel. The taxi’s were outrageous in their prices and they were needed to visit anything outside of the immediate area. The condo was very clean, and we will definitely rent again.

Wonderful condo, great location!

We had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable at the condo! The location is close to everything and having the golf cart was very convenient. The hosts in Puerto Aventuras were very attentive to anything we needed, and very quick and good with communication. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Holiday Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in Puerto Aventuras! It was safe, and the managers were incredibly helpful with transportation and answering questions. We loved the area and it was so nice having a spacious, clean condo with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Thank you everyone who helped make our first VRBO experience an awesome one!

Great confortable condo

Our family had an incredible stay at this property! The condo was perfect for our needs, offering a spacious, quiet environment with a beautiful view over the lagoon. We had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. Checking in was very easy and the management team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Everything matched the descriptions on the website, and we felt very safe throughout our stay, thanks to the diligent security at the entrance of PA. While the rooftop was undergoing some work, that didn’t diminish our overall experience. In short, we loved our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended—10/10!

Great Stay!!

What a great stay. This place was perfect for us and our kids/grandchildren. The welcome information packet has everything you can think of for your stay. Spending 24 days here was relaxing and felt like home. The pool was nice and the we loved the lagoon. My husband fished off the pier, catching some nice fish. Also, having the kayaks and paddle boards were nice for our grow children. Having the golf cart was nice but you could walk it if you don't mind a 15 min walk down to the restaurants. Communication between the property managers Sabrina and Hector was great. They were quick to respond with any of our questions. Thank you for an awesome job setting up our transfers for us and our kids, Luis did a great getting us to the condo and airport!! Thank you We hope to return!

Beautiful lagoon property

The property was perfect for our family to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The kids loved the use of the kayaks and paddle boards on the lagoon. The golf cart on site was also fantastic for getting around PA. The condo located on the lagoon was much quieter than previous stays we had around the marina. I would recommend this property 10/10.

Will stay here again!

The whole family enjoyed the stay, checking in was easy, and the management team was very VERY accommodating, also very responsive in resolving a couple of small issues with the swimming pool and a shower drain. everything was as described in the website. We felt very safe in the complex, I liked the fact that everyone coming into the area has to check in with security personnel at the entrance.

Great week

We had a great time in Mark's condo. The location is perfect for going to the restaurant/bar area wit th golf cart or a short walk. Having kayaks, stand up board, mask and fins was also a nice add on. Luisa the house manager was amazing and went the extra mile to help us with whatever we needed. Mika and Sabrina were great also.

Great apartment in PA resort

So much to like about this place, spacious apartment with nice view over the lagoon, good amenities and added bonus of a golf cart which the family loved using. Maybe the decor is a little dated, and the rooftop is basic enough to be of little use, but these 2 points did not diminish really from a very enjoyable stay. Concierge team were very helpful too. Overall loved it and would like to return sometime.

A relaxing week at the beach

Perfect fit for my family of 5. Great communication from both the property manager/concierge and owner. Addition of the golf cart was huge! Extremely safe, very quiet location. Pool was relaxing and hardly used by anyone! Access to the PA Beach Club was great! Dining options are aplenty in the little town. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Convenience of and access to the grocery store across the highway was perfect. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room furniture as it is a bit worn and not super comfortable. Otherwise, great location and price!

Spacious comfortable condo overlooking lagoon

Spacious 2nd floor condo overlooking lagoon. Comfortable beds, good AC and Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, nice to have washer/dryer in the condo. Lovely pool shared with 3 other units but rarely used by anyone but us! Great to have access to kayak and paddle board for the lagoon. Pleasant 15 minute walk to main restaurant area or very quick ride in the golf cart which is included in the condo rental (which is a big value add since cart rental can be expensive!). Property managers responded quickly in dealing with a few minor maintenance items.

Good stay

We liked everything about the apartment although it could do with some TLC. The sliding door was a security problem as it doesn't really lock properly. We were told not to change the password on the safe which I did not like. These minor things aside, it was great, particularly the golf cart.

Great place

We loved our stay at Mark’s condo. It was extremely clean and spacious. It had everything we needed! We loved hanging out in the pool and even saw monkeys come through several times. It was really nice having a golf cart and cruising the area. The only disappointment was the rooftop terrace. I was looking forward to hanging out on the terrace and grilling but it was a little rundown and not like the picture.

Relaxing Stay

In Cancun for a wedding. Property was very close to venue. Very comfy place to stay. Rooms far enough apart that we couldn’t hear the baby crying at night. Having a washer and dryer was nice. Puerto Aventuras is a tiny city in itself so there was really no need to leave. Great restaurants excellent gelato. The condo was quite roomy for 5 adults and a baby. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Having the use of the golf cart was awesome. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

What an amazing location! Puerto Aventuras is just a wonderful place. Super safe with many lovely restaurants and a marina where you can watch/swim with the dolphins. The condo is nicely equipped, and perfect for a family, with amazing views of the lagoo. The golf cart provided is a great way to get around. Highly recommend this property and location.

Nice place, not nice neighbors

The condo was very nice, unfortunately the walls must not be insulated. My wife and I brought our two college age sons and their girl friends. We traveled during the day and played card games in the evening at the dinner table or watched movies. No drinking, no partying. However, the neighbors complained to the owner that we were wrestling and moving furniture around disruptively. We were in bed by midnight at the latest every night. We had such a great time, but if we knew we were going to have to maintain the neighbors sleep schedule or be required to whisper we would have chosen to stay somewhere else. Very disappointed to be accused of doing something we did not do and having to deal with it while on our vacation.

Best Trip Ever

From the time we walked in I knew I had chosen the prefect place to stay… This is a safe private community with stunning landscaping and amazing restaurants and shops within the community, The golf cart that was included with the rental was perfect for us to get around, place was exactly what we needed, kitchen had everything, washer and dryer was used frequently since it was raining most days we were out most days very convenient since we were 6 in total… first day is confusing but owner was quick to respond all the questions I had and recommended great places to shop, eat and find ATMs . I highly recommend this place for big parties specially if traveling with children or teens, never a dull moment they all had a blast . Thanks again for all the great memories in your little paradise, it was perfect.

Easy, Carefree, Great Location

Our stay had an easy check in and overall convenient vibe to it. There's a paddle board and kayak out on the lagoon. We paddled over to the beach a couple times. The golf cart makes it easy to go into town for a bite or groceries. We did have a minor mishap with a misplaced key for one if the doors. But, once we reached out to Mark, he was quick to get it resolved. The property manager is next door, which also makes communication super easy. Overall, a great stay with a solid management team.

Pure Beach Bliss

The property had ample space for 6 people. There was clean water to drink. The rooms were large and had lots of storage space. Ac units worked great. Patio view was amazing, the pool is a nice bonus to have for when the sea is too wavy or busy with people. Secluded so you are not over crowded. The golf cart was absolutely clutch. The property owners really set you up for amazing success while in Puerto. There is really not one bad review coming from me or any of my guests. I will plan a vacation again there as it is everything I have wanted. I truly appreciate this beautiful home and the gracious owners, thank you for everything

Great Accommodations, wonderful experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo! It was spacious and clean and Mark made everything really easy! We felt completely at home and were provided with more than ample information about the home and the area. This is a lovely community and we felt super safe at all times. Mark was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question and that made our stay even better. The pool at the condo (though chilly) was really a great plus and we spent several days enjoying it as well as spending time at the Puerto Adventuras Beach Club. Having the golf cart was an absolute godsend! We were so grateful to be able to take it down to dinner or when we needed to run to the OXXO! I have managed VRBO rentals for 15 years so I know a thing or two about them. I’d recommend Mark’s place to anyone and hope to return!

Great stay at Condo Laguna

We really enjoyed our stay at Condo Laguna and our first time being in wonderful Puerto Aventuras. The community was very friendly and safe, and there were so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars to choose from when you wanted to have a Happy Hour drink or dine out. Always lots of fabulous live entertainment in the marina area. The nearby grocery store was a short cab ride away. There is a Farmers’ Market on Wed. and Sat. that provided fresh produce, baked goods, delicious, huge shrimp and occasionally fresh, local fish. Mark’s condo was spacious and clean and had lovely views of the lagoon. It was very handy having the golf cart for our daily trips to the PA Beach club. There was an AC unit in the living room and each of the 3 bedrooms for sleeping. The beds were comfortable. It was so nice having a full size stove and oven, and a full size fridge in the kitchen for cooking our meals. The laundry room also had a full sized washer and dryer. We enjoyed using the outdoor clothesline to dry our clothes as they dried very quickly in the heat. There is also a small, charcoal BBQ on the roof deck. We really liked that the condo was on the shady side of the lagoon as we could regularly enjoy sitting out on the balcony anytime of the day and not feel the direct sun and heat as much. Mark Nelson was very approachable and kept in regular contact with us to make sure everything was going great and always asked if we needed anything. He has a wonderful, local support team with his property manager Gabby next door, and Diego, a very talented, helpful handyman who could fix almost anything. We were the first long term Snowbird renters in the condo as others had come for shorter stay holidays before us. Mark was very agreeable to us purchasing any items needed for our long term stay so that we would be more comfortable and the condo would be better equipped. We really appreciated this. This was a wonderful winter location for us Snowbirds with ideal weather and beautiful sunny days, and we had a fabulous time! Thanks, Mark!

Paradise rental

We're a family from Colorado that enjoys the beautiful views of Mexico. We wanted to have another place to call home when it was time for a break. We purchased the condo to enjoy several weeks of the year and to rent to others that want to enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya. My wife and I have a 20 year old daughter, and three dogs that keep us extremely busy. We enjoy camping and fishing during the summer and traveling during the colder months. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community with 24 hour security about 15 mintues south of Playa Del Carmen. It is a gorgeous condo right on the Lagoon. There's a pool right off the patio for our 11 year old to swim in while were not at the beach, and the beach is only steps away. We can kayak, snorkel, or just hang out on the inner tube right off our back yard in the lagoon. Puerto Aventuras is gorgeous with the the flowers and foliage that makes it feel like paradise. It's a safe place to either raise your family or visit for a week. There's shopping, restaurants(fast food to fine dining), swim with the dolphins, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, para-sailing, golfing, spa, tennis and many other other activities to do. There's live music everynight, and you can either order a burger or lobster depending on what you feel like eating. It's easy to get here with 3 1/2 hour flight from Denver, so you don't have to travel all day.

This is a very large condo over 2200 square feet in size. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. You have a pool right off the back patio and the beach is about 300 feet away. You will have access to a golf cart. The air conditioning works great and the condo is equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community with 24 hour security. Puerto Aventuras is a community that offers wonderful food, water sports and ocean excursions for the entire family. Playa Del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue is conveniently 15 minutes away.
