This condominium is in the Oceanfront development of Chac Hal Al in Puerto Aventuras. Chac Hal Al Condominiums have the best beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The condominium unit has a view of the deep water marina entrance and is steps away from the white sandy main beach of Puerto Aventuras.

This large studio unit of 700 sq.ft. is the size of most one-bedroom condominiums however the sleeping area is not enclosed as a bedroom which gives this condominium a very open and spacious feeling. The living area opens to a private terrace with a double sliding door to enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze from this second floor unit.

The Chac Hal Al condominiums have a large, brand-new pool overlooking the beach and another pool with cabana overlooking the ocean. The Chac Hal Al condominiums have plenty of chaise lounge chairs and palapas poolside and ample lounge chairs and shady palapas on the beach. There are also green garden areas for relaxing while gazing out over the ocean.

The is a local management company with office just outside complex takes care of all details including key pickup, full condominium cleaning twice a week during your stay (two times a week for weekly rentals), bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, soap, and bottled water all supplied and refreshed at no cost.

Immediately next to Chac Hal Al is the small Omni Hotel which has a cool beach bar, beachside restaurant and fitness center. The fitness center has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and new, high-quality equipment. Massages are also available
beachside. Chac Hal Al guests are welcome at the Omni and can use the fitness center for a small fee.

Since this Chac Hal Al condominium has a beachfront location you will not have a walk to the beach or worry about getting beach access. Beach access in Puerto Aventuras is a problem for condominium owners/guests if they are in a condominium that is located off the beach. Avoid the hassle, and stay in a beachfront location where you have lounge chairs and shady palapas for your personal enjoyment!

Efficiency with a view!

The place was smaller than I expected. But nice the living room couch is terrible. It threw my back out. Neither one of us could be comfortable on it. The couch cushions are very thin and it’s just not comfortable. But the kitchen was so cute! And they thought of everything. They decorated it so cute and had pretty much everything you needed. I loved it. The only thing was that couch! I’m sorry I forgot one thing. If you have DIRECTV at home, it will not work there and everything was in Spanish. That was a bummer as it rained two days.

the best features are a beach and 2 pools with an ocean view that is 30 seconds away from the apartment. The only issue was a tub/shower that was leaking from the drain on the floor (next to the tub) every time the water is on. It was solved by a big pot full of water to block it

This property is in dire need of a reno everything in the place is so dated the bed was hard as a rock and so was the couch. The bathroom is falling apart. When you have a shower all the suds come up through the floor. Lightning is terrible in the kitchen. I could go on but I’m sure you get the idea.

Great Location... Wonderful Vibe... Beach is Steps Away...

Chac Hal Al in Puerto Aventuras is a great stay! The complex grounds are cleaned and maintained daily. Perry (the owner) was very helpful and responsive along the way. The condo is perfect for 1-2 people. Disclaimer: I thought the condo was located directly on the beach, but it's a super short 1 min walk (yes 60 seconds!) across the quaint complex so no complaint here. There are beach chairs, umbrella huts, and a great pool overlooking the ocean. Our stay was during "low tourist" season (more hot & humid than usual) so it was less crowded which worked in our favor because it felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves at times!! AC unit in the condo works great!! Everything you need (general store, restaurants, entertainment, concierge service) is located within the "downtown area" of the gated town of Puerto Aventuras. This "downtown area" is a 3 min walk from the condo. Basically, walk out of Chac Hal Al complex and you are there! Top suggestions: Nauti Burro, The Pub, Latitude 20, and the OXXO general store. We did make a trip to the gas station right outside of town to purchase beer and alcohol because it was cheaper, but definitely worth it- 15 min walk each way or you can get a taxi. Things to keep in mind: bring bug spray (a few days we got bit and some days we did not), the bed is a little too hard for my liking and the furniture is basic. Also, the fitness center that is advertised is actually located at the Omni Hotel (5 min walk) but is currently under construction and closed. The Omni said the new fitness center should open in a month or two. Instead, I went running every morning either around town or on the beach. It was great and I felt very safe as a solo female runner! It was a great stay and I am already looking forward to going back. I would book this condo again in the future!!!

Beautiful beach, nice condo

This was our first time at Puerto Adventuras and Chac Hal Al condos. The condo complex is a tropical beauty and the beach is amazing. The condo was perfect for my husband and me, everything we needed for our 2 week vacation. Perry the owner was wonderful to work with and answered my many questions promptly. We loved being able to walk a short 3-5 minutes to the restaurants, bars and shops. We loved it here and will be back for sure.

Great location and good condo/communication from owner

I had a great time at this location. The pool is just across the way with a beautiful view of the ocean. AC works great, but rarely needed because of nice breeze, and room was sufficiently appointed. Tiny TV does't really do anything but play DVDs, but there are books for you to read. Bed is very hard, but normal for Mexico. Owner is very good with communication. Would definitely stay again. Overall, wonderful place.

Beautiful condo. Great location. Well maintained.

Everything was as advertised. Spacious modern studio with great marina views. Easy access to the beach and two pools. Close to restaurants, shops and other activities. We will definitely return again.

Great location

This property was awesome. There is so much to do in Puerto Aventuras that you don't have to leave the area if you don't want to. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 3 minute walk of the condo. There was a handy money exchange as well. I loved that the Dolphin Discovery is right there in the middle of everything so you can watch the dolphins and get good pics without even having to pay for the "excursion". We did deep sea fishing from here. We did take a tax off the property a couple of times. It was an easy trip to Playa del Carmen to explore there and we did on excursion as well. People were friendly. The maid service was great. There were always plenty of towels, both beach and bathroom, which is always nice. Definitely recommend!

One of the best locations in Puerto Aventuras

If you can live with a harbor view in exchange for easy beach access this place is THE BEST. My girlfriend and I stayed as this condo and found it to be a terrific location. We found some of the best snorkeling to be right out in front of the condo complex. You can put your towels on one of the lounges, for condo complex guests only, and just swim about a 100 yards to see some nice coral structure and great fish. My girlfriend saw a turtle and I saw a puffer fish among the thousands of beautiful reef inhabitants. You can walk down the beach and swim out along the first jetty to where the catamarans drop off the 3 hour trip snorkelers. We saw a ray there. The showers by the pool make it easy to enjoy an entire day lounging along the beautiful beach while swimming in either the ocean or the pool. The condo complex was well maintained and security was present. They were friendly, spot-checked us, and had a good visible presence. We never felt unsafe within Puerto Aventuras and especially within the complex. The condo complex is within 5 minutes walking of the "main drag" along the Dolphin Discovery in the complex. The water was turned off one morning but a mention to the guard at the gate rectified the problem. House keeping was thorough and the place cooled very quickly. The boats in the harbor could be heard in the morning but weren't terribly loud. Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes but we just grabbed a drink and ceviche at a restaurant in the harbor. The condo management company let us leave our big bag in the office and nothing went missing. To summarize this place made our vacation amazing. Recommend the complex and recommend this unit. Great for people who know the right way to holiday. I also would recommend the locals restaurant outside the complex across the highway. If you walk out of the complex, take a left, and then go under the highway it's kitty corner (diagonally across). May need to know a little Spanish to order but it's a great reprieve form the tourist restaurants within Puerto Aventuras. Cheers!

Perfect location

This location is a perfect location. It is literally about 1 minutes walk to both the pool and the reserved area of the beach. It is also a very short walk maybe 3 minutes to the restaurants and shops. Perry is great to work with and helped us all along the way. My wife and I had plenty of room and loved visiting this gem. Being on the marina created a great area to get out in early morning for some exercise. We hope to return and recommend this condo without reservation.

Great Studio with perfect location

This studio was all my wife and I needed in PA. We spend most of our time around the pools, beaches and marina which we all right near us. The balcony with BBQ was a perfect spot to cool down after a fun filled day. The cleaning staff were excellent and we had all we required in the condo for preparing any meals. We enjoy walking and the main grocery store was only a 20 minute walk where we would pick up what we needed and carried a freezer bag with us.

Excellent Location in P.A.!!

My wife and I loved the location of this condo with regard to its accessibility to the Chac Hal Al private beach, the P.A. golf course, the dive shops, the Dolphinarium, and the local restaurants surrounding the Dolphinarium. It has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the rear garden area and the marina. The largest pool is less than a 2 minute walk from the condo and there were numerous palapas and chaise lounges available for use most of the time. A short, inexpensive taxi ride will take you to and from the local Chedruai Supermarket to obtain food and liquor items. The only drawback was that there were a few items in the condo that either needed to be repaired or replaced.

Love Chac Hal Al

Chac Hal Al is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beach, the pools, and just have fun. The people are friendly and there is shopping, restaurants, farmer's markets just a couple of blocks away from the condo. We loved walking down to the marina where the fishing boats come in around 2:00 and 5:00. You buy fresh fish right from the boat and it is very reasonably priced. No need for a car. We are looking forward to going back to Chac Hal Al soon! We will definitely go back.

Relaxing and very Beautiful!!!!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days...the condo was perfect and very comfortable. Our view was beautiful. The property is well maintained, loved the pool and the beach. We had no complaints and enjoyed every single day!!! We plan to return very soon!!! Thank you Perry!!

Great spot

To summarize the condo was in a gated community inside the community are hotels,golf,the dolphins,restaurants, marina everything you need. The condo is great,good a/c it was hot out. Comfy bed, could use some better pillows, but we're ok. Very quiet and super convenient. Walk to everything, walk across down a sidewalk to beach and pool. Maybe 60 yards. The patio looks over marina watch boats go in and out. Overall really nice. A few things to do go see the sea lions and dolphins you can watch for free. On beach go to omni bar for a drink. Prices are like in the states but your on vaca. Take a taxi to akumal swim w turtles have breakfast at Buena Vista restaurant you can hang there all day. Anywho I never wanted to leave the condo or Puerto adventures

Great condo in awesome location

We loved our few days at this property. Perry is probably the most responsive owner we have ever dealt with. The pictures posted are very accurate, with the exception of view from back balcony... which is much better than the picture posted on VRBO. Everything worked very well including the Wi-Fi . We walked to the lagoon every morning (90 seconds) and had dolphins and sea lions to ourselves. Speaking of to ourselves, was the same with the beautiful pools and beach ..all 30 second walk. This was our first time not staying at all inclusive but will definitely not be our last. Amazing restaurants less than a two minute walk. On site management was very professional. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Condo in an Excellent Location

We stayed for 4 nights in December at this lovely and relaxing spot after a hectic few days in Cancun. This condo was an excellent place to spend a few days unwinding with a quiet pool and beach (the swimmable beach was about 50m down.) The condo was very clean and well cared for.

Puerto Aventuras is very relaxing and peaceful. The condo complex Chac Hal Al is very spacious with lovely grounds and two wonderful pools each with a different but fantastic view. Safe and secure setting and 2 minutes to restaurants and pubs.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love our terrace/balcony. It is very spacious and is partially covered so you can be on the terrace when it's raining and large portions are shady all day. It's one story up so we leave the sliding doors open for a cool breeze through the condo. We love the privacy of the terrace and spend most of our time enjoying the peace and quiet, watching the birds and the palm trees sway in the breeze.
