Full kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances, opens into living, dining room with sliding glass doors providing beautiful pool, beach views from the condo. Sliding doors open onto the terrace with a jetted tub, hammock and table and chairs. Step off of the terrace to the infinity pool or sandy beach. Bedroom with King bed and futon. Large beautifully tiled bathroom and shower with double sinks.

This is a great condo, well stocked in the kitchen and steps away from the beach. It is a nice quiet spot away from town. I rented a car so it was not a problem going to town when I wanted to. I would definitely stay here again on another trip.

Great getaway

This our second stay at this property and first in this unit. The unit was clean and well kept. The access to the beach and pool unbeatable. Having the unit cleaned while we were there was a bonus. Canā€™t recommend this place enough! Until next time.

Cozumel diving with Eldon

First time scuba diving with me and my son. Amazing experience. We are not all inclusive type tourists, so Residencias Reef was a good fit. Older residents, so very chill and relaxed.

Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! Great location, beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, spotless and fully stocked. Fulvio was readily available to answer any questions we had. We had a car rental and went into old Cozumel for dinner most nights. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming f back.

March getaway

Excellent and very clean Condo, it was nice to walk out on to the grass over to the pool and beach area. Lots loungers everywhere. Good quality of cookware, since we like to cook ourselves half the time and the other half we take the rental car into town and around the island, plenty parking. We didnā€™t use the hot tube. Good communication with the staff. Would definitely book again.

Peaceful stay in Cozumel

This place was just what we were looking for. Peaceful and away from the crowds. We enjoyed the nice beach steps away from the condo and the two pools on property. The unit itself was nice enough and had everything that we wanted. Great AC as well. We booked this trip for scuba diving and our dive operator picked us up next door at the Secrets dock. Owner was very kind and extremely responsive. We will stay here again.

Great location

The grounds are very relaxing. Perfect spot to walk to the Secrets pier for diving. The room was well equipped and in great shape. The only complaint is that the TVs are very small.

Very peaceful!

The place was exactly as described. We came for a relaxing getaway, and thatā€™s exactly what we got! There was a lot of seaweed, so we didnā€™t get in the ocean, but the pool was wonderful! We also took advantage of the jetted tub on the patio! This is a great place for a relaxing getaway for couples!

Amazing Rental

Great stay. Property was clean & well-appointed. When a minor issue arose regarding the room safe, the property manager resolved it instantly. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend El Chipo just down the road for oversized tacos.

Quiet Get Away!

Well kept property with a great beach just steps away! We would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing environment. The adjacent property has a pier that almost all dive companies stop for pickup!

Nice, safe place

Loved being able to walk out right to the pool to the beach, beautiful view comfortable bed had everything in to make our stay comfortable! Nice, hot shower, hot tub on the patio(chairs couldā€™ve been a little bit more comfortable on the patio) it was a hassle trying to figure out how to resupply the water 5 L jug. I would suggest to buy on your way there, especially if you donā€™t have a car or you have to get a taxi to and from just to go pick up water.. Dona Chela is the best place to eat a block walk. Theyā€™re open from 630 to 2:30 Monday through Saturday.

While vacationing on Cozumel, a drive around the island after snorkeling took us past Residencias Reef in it's building stages. The beautiful oceanfront setting drew us in, and the rest is history.
