Beautiful Lake View Log Cabin Lake Anna VA with Private Dock

Come stay at our beautiful Lake View Log Cabin home on the Public side of Lake Anna VA with a private dock to dock your boat or wave runner. & also a deck (1/2 shed covered to enjoy some shade as well. Great cove to swim , fish & sit and relax at the water. Just a short walk down a gravel road to our dock.

We are in a family-friendly neighborhood/cove (no parties and no events) please! IF YOU ARE PARTIERS DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK.

Renters are responsible for their own linens - all TOWELS & SHEETS, or use Lake Anna Linens which are great!

Each floor has it's own FULL bathroom. Central AC, and Standing AC Units in both top floor master bedrooms,

Small kitchen table, 4 chairs, also a card table & 4 chairs for use. Fully equipped Kitchen and a propane BBQ grill on patio

Access to Both Waters Estates Private Boat ramp which provides access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna.

LARGE wrap around shed covered porch that faces the Public side of Lake Anna and is the perfect place to hang out to play games, watch the wildlife fly by and cook your favorite foods.

Lake Anna is the second largest freshwater inland lake in Virginia with some 250 miles of shoreline and 13,000 surface acres of water. Lake Anna is a premier spot for fishing and water sports. Lake Anna has a lot to offer! You can spend the day at the many wineries, and breweries around the area, shop close by or in near-by Fredericksburg, and of course watch the sun rise and set over beautiful Lake Anna.

2025- Brand new floors on the main floor, along with new granite counter tops.

We are in a unique community- Both Waters Estates- you have access to bother the public side or private side of the lake. The boat launch is less than a mile down the road.

We have 2 outdoor security cameras. One is under the deck steps & faces the small side white garage door. This door is not accessible to renters. The other is in a tree that faces the new steps up to the front door.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET

Our Log Cabin home has a nice large wrap-around shed-covered porch that faces the public side of Lake Anna, the perfect place to hang out to play games, watch the wildlife fly by and cook your favorite foods. The cove you face is not the cove where our dock is, that is the main part of the lake.

Both rooms have a stunning view of the Public side of the lake. Both have window AC units as well as ceiling fans. These rooms tend to be the warmest in the warmer months of the year. The AC units cool the rooms quickly, please do not let them run all day.

TRASH PICKUP begins for WEEKLY Rentals only- beginning in JUNE will get picked up 1 time midweek, then you Must take your remaining TRASH & all your Recyclables on your checkout. We include info in your check-in email we will send you.

Access to Both Waters Estates Private Boat ramp which provides access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna. You launch on the left side (public side) to drive your boat or wave runner to our cove/dock to keep your boat at our dock for your stay.
