Located on Lake Anna and minutes from winery’s, Lake Anna State Park, breweries and popular local restaurants. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Take the paddle boards out on the lake. Bring your boat we hav two boat slips assigned to us in the commons area. There is also a small beach in the commons area for swimming. Relax in the hot tub or shoot a game of pool, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Dining area and office space available. The house is in the culdesac, very private and peaceful.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home with everything that you could possibly need already supplied. It’s roomy and very cozy. We would definitely stay again.

A great stay near the lake!

Our group of friends had a great time staying at this home. We enjoyed visiting the local state park and catching up in the many common areas in the house. There was plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Family Memories

This is a great spacious home to enjoy with a big family. Close to access to the lake and state park. We enjoyed a nice neighborhood and places to do family activities near by(rent boats/restaurants/cute ice-cream shop/putt putt golf) Our family wanted to hangout and spend time in nature and this house was a perfect place for daytime lake fun with BBQ food and night time star gazing. The kitchen had lots of space with pots/pans and plenty of cooking items to work with for our family meals. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and welcoming. Sarah was a great responsive host and we enjoyed our time in her very relaxing home. Unfortunately, there was a storm before we came and the wifi went out, so we had none for our trip, so some inconvenience for this high tech family, but overall a good time!

Cute House

Cute house. Host is very quick with communication. Landscaping could use some TLC and house had some bugs in the basement but overall we had a wonderful stay. Penelope is amazing :)

Long Weekend Stay

We stayed here for a wedding we attended at Lake Anna and it was great! The properly had plenty of room for the 9 of us and was well stocked with towels and everything we needed. When we had questions, the owner was communicative and super helpful. I appreciated the kitchen appliances and coffee maker for coffee in the mornings. The pool table and hot tub were also a plus! The driveway was spacious for all of the cars, and although we didn't use the boat slip, another convenient feature. We would highly recommend this listing!

Just what Santa Ordered

Very Welcoming home. Truly appreciate the stocked coffee K Cups and the cookies. There was so much to do in the house, we didn’t “need” to go out much. We did though. But really enjoyed the game room and Hot Tub! It was nice to have a big table for the whole family to have dinner together! Thank you again for opening your home to us. Beautiful and peaceful home!

We all enjoyed the spacious home, and its hot tub, pool table and darts! You could actually be on one floor and the others on the other floor and have the restful time you needed to yourself. The bedroom televisions were really decent size as well as the get together family ones. The boat ramp was a 1/2 mile from the home but worked out ok with us. Do to the high temps we enjoyed the home more!

Wedding trip

We needed a place for us to stay as a family for a wedding. This was a wonderful home - plenty of room to spread out, enjoy and get ready for the wedding. We enjoyed the use of the well stocked kitchen, the fire pit on the porch, the pool table and hot tub. There were ample towels and the 5 bedrooms were all clean and comfy. The neighborhood lake access is a little drive from the house - but we made it and enjoyed time at the beach - the weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t put our kayaks in the lake.

Great for small gathering

Beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of room for all 10 adults. Set up perfectly for a small gathering and a fun filled weekend. Little disappointed with the lack of maintenance on the yard. As well as the cleanliness upon arrival. However, there were plenty of cleaning products there for me to tidy up prior to guests arriving. And Penelope was very sweet.

Birthday Celebrations

The house accommodated everyone with plenty of room to have a quiet place to go while those who wanted to stay up late could do so without waking anyone. 3 members celebrated their birthdays (2 on the 6th & 1 on the 7th.) The main issues were not enough hot water and no lake within sight of the house. The family with the baby had come from Oregon to enjoy being on the water and this property didn’t meet our expectations.

Not what was advertised

The house seemed clean until we started to cook. The stove top was dirty. The grill was filthy and falling apart. The advertisement mentioned water close, it was a drive to get to water. Said fire pit but it was a gas one. Beds were nice and comfortable and the hot tub was nice. Went to use the vacuum and it was so full that we couldn’t use it. House has potential but I won’t be staying there again.

Family Thanksgiving Review 2024

I’d like to share our experience during our family Thanksgiving gathering, and overall, it was genuinely a delightful occasion for everyone involved. Our family, spanning multiple generations, came together from various corners of the United States, and this property was the perfect halfway point for our reunion. It provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable holiday. The layout of the property was ideal for guests of all ages. With two distinct living areas, everyone had their own space to unwind and engage in activities of their choice, allowing us to avoid that feeling of overcrowding that can sometimes come with larger gatherings. I had previously read concerns regarding the cleanliness of the basement. However, we encountered a bit of a hiccup when we found that the bedding on one of the downstairs queen beds needed washing before it was usable. It was rather disappointing to discover it in such a state. Another point worth mentioning is that since the property accommodates up to 10 people, it would have been more convenient to have a dining table that could seat everyone together instead of spreading out. Even with extra chairs borrowed from the kitchen, we could only seat eight at the dining table. Despite these minor issues, our family agrees that we would choose to stay here again. Sarah, the owner, was responsive and helpful, communicating suggestions for activities in the area. Her efforts made our experience, even more special.

Beautiful but needed cleaning

It was a beautiful home but there were a lot of things that weren’t good. First there were stains on the sheets. No washcloths and only a few towels. The book said there were extra things eels I. The pantry but the door was locked so we couldn’t get any. There was dirty dishes in dishwasher and leftover food and opened containers in the refrigerator and there is food stuck to bottom of freezer drawer. There were multiple dead bugs in master bedroom. There was no tv in one of the downstairs rooms and the other room had a fan but there was no remote so there was no way to turn it on. There was also supposed to be a starter supply of soap but there was none. Because of the half eaten food and dirty dishes we didn’t even cook here but rather ate out. We did start the dishwasher so the next people could have clean dishes. It was a beautiful home but we’re only here for two days and we were here for a funeral which was stressful already and coming to a dirty rental that we paid for service fees and cleaning fees for was even more stressful. I have pictures of everything.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have a spacious home, with serval different area that allow plenty of room for family and friend. Tucked away in a back of a cul-de-sac. We have a large back yard, we offer paddle boards, lift vest, hot tub and multiple fire pits all available to use! Our common area provide a private beach and boat launch for use. We are in a great location for restaurants, breweries, wineries, grocery stores, boat and jet ski rentals!
